Morning all,
Well done on your losses @bubbs and @Suffolksue xx
Change of plan for tea last night - I made tuna pasta bake as hadn’t got the pork chops out to defrost, plus only DH and me eating. There’s plenty left so we will have some for lunch today too. Pork chops now out for tonight!
We went to Kingsdown Wood in Challock @joedenise - car park very busy but we were able to walk about without bumping into too many folk/dogs. Grand furbaby is an English bulldog so shady walks are best but he did get breathless. We spent the afternoon in the garden and I removed a 1.5m diameter grass with a mattock. Very satisfying (plus body magic) but it had barbs which scratched my arms and legs plus it appears I have bites! Am dosing up on anti-histamine. We are visiting another garden today with mum. Might have to wear trousers as legs look a state!!Food today:
B - banana, weetabix minis, mullerlight, blueberries - free, fibre, 0.5, S
L - LO tuna pasta bake - free, P, calcium
D - pork chops, savoury rice, brocolli - P, free, S
Calcium - milk
SWIPs - skinny bar 3.5 plus 0.5 = 4 total
Hope you’re okay after yesterday @maman - I’m a Tottenham fan and it’s highly stressful right now so I can sympathise! X

Morning all, it was a bit grey first thing but brightening up nicely now. Had an early night last night and slept for nearly 9 hours! Still not feeling well and couldn't eat much breakfast this morning.
Well done on your losses @Suffolksue and @bubbs.
Today's plan (if I manage to eat it!):
B - fry up - P; S; F; 5 (only ate half sausage so saved 0.5; only ate half hash brown so another 2 saved!)
L - burger, onions, gherkin slices, soft pitta - Fibre; S; 0.5
D - roast lamb dinner - P; S; F (using half leg of lamb from when they were half price)Calcium - milk
Fibre - soft pitta
Swips - sausage, hash brown 2.5 (rather than the 5 it would have been if I'd eaten it all!)Have a good day everyone.

Afternoon all 😁
Thanks Coxy and Denise.
Denise, the sleep will do you good, hope you're feeling a bit better?
Well thought it was going to be hot like yesterday 🙄 it's nice and warm but not hot, so wasn't doing a roast as was a killer in here yesterday.
So i had a little cooking session , not had one for ages, crustless quiche, scotch eggs and pork pie and we will have a picky dinner with a few chips 😋
I made a sausage and egg tart for lunch , free

Well done on yesterday's losses @bubbs and @Suffolksue.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
You've had a really hard week @Suffolksue so 2lbs is excellent! Keep going, onwards and downwards! 👍🏻
Sounds like the old days @bubbs when you used to have a weekend cooking session to set you up for lunches on the go when you were at work. ☺️
Sorry to hear you're unwell @joedenise . You must have been feeling really rough to call NHS 111. Hopefully the antibiotics will kick in ASAP and that good night's sleep will help too.🤞🏼
At least you got a win yesterday @Coxy11. We had a great day, and although we lost we were really proud of our team. Now it's back to the league with games still coming thick and fast, next one on Tuesday. No Crunchie yesterday @joedenise . Wembley stadium wants to make money at every turn so no food or drinks allowed unless you buy it inside at exorbitant prices!
Line drawn under yesterday's food when only breakfast was on plan. I'm back on it today with plenty of veg. It's amazing how much I miss it even after one day.
Today's plan-
B- toast (fibre), milk (calcium), bacon, eggs (P), baked beans (F)
L- ham and egg salad (P,S)
D- HB steaks (P,S), roast potatoes, parsnips (F), other veg (S)
Swips- LTL mayo 1, cornflour 1.5, weekend wine☺️0 -
Glad you were given antibiotics to nip the chest infection in the bud Joedenise.
Hope you get some better sleep Suffolk Sue…..well done on the loss.
Well done on the loss after a hard week or so Bubbs.
And well done on any other losses I’ve missed (I’ve read through quite a few pages and now can’t remember who lost what 😜)
We arrived home from Cornwall today….i think it was the best journey ever. 6 1/2 hours…..certainly better than the 13 last time we were there 😯
I bought a dress whilst I was there for a wedding at the end of June. The bigger size was too big…..the smaller fits great around the shoulders but is a tad too snug around the middle. I think this kept me slightly more on track in Cornwall than usual. I did have some cake and cream tea but no ice cream(probably because I’m having trouble with a tooth) I had a bit of Dh pasty but not any of my own. We ate in Millie Motorhome more than usual. I’ll weigh in tomorrow to see what the damage is.
We’ve had 6 viewings of the house whilst we’ve been away 🤞 fingers crossed for some good news when the estate agent gets in touch tomorrow. I suspect he’d have got in touch sooner if we’d had an offer through.

I hope your Mum is ok bubbs, and it's not Parkinsons, however the treatment today is so much better than it was years ago.
Camping by the sea near Porthmadog, and we've friends brought their camper over too,
A few g&t last night with fish and chips.I'm much more relaxed now about going off plan because I know I can get out back 😊

Morning all, another lovely bright day and very little breeze so feels quite warm.
I'm feeling a bit better today. I actually ended up back in bed for a couple of hours yesterday morning - that's completely unheard of for me and I still had a long sleep last night. Think the sleep has probably done me good. Nearly half way through the antibiotics but still coughing a lot. Really hope this stops soon.
Glad you had a good break @milann and @Glad. 6.5 hours from Cornwall sounds a good time @milann - it take us that long and we're a lot further south than you! Read on your other thread that you're think about selling the motorhome. That's a shame as once you move South you could have some good holidays in France in it which is much cheaper than using in the UK!
Sound fairly typical for SW @bubbs to have problems with technology! Bit like when the app first went live!
Today's plan:
B - porridge, mixed frozen berries - Fibre; S
L - minced beef hash - P; S; F
D - lamb curry, rice, naan bread, mango chutney - Fibre; P; S; F; 3
Calcium - milk
Fibre - porridge; naan bread
Swips - mango chutney 3Have a good day everyone.
