Been MIA for a couple of days, just life (and ⚽) getting in the way. 😁
Glad to hear you had a good holiday @Jellybaby .I think bread and booze are mandatory for holidays so 🤞 you'll see it off soon.
Yesterday was on plan except for the half Crunchie (3 swips).
Today has been fine, porridge and fruit for breakfast and Spanish omelette and salad for lunch. We've been out for dinner tonight, celebrating a friend's birthday. I chose fairly wisely but wine swips were involved too. 🍷
Back on plan tomorrow.

Morning all, another lovely day here (I so hope this isn’t our summer 🙈🤣).
Two sets of bedding out on the line, both bathrooms cleaned, windows at the front of the house cleaned and I’m now having a coffee and a quick look online for ideas on what to buy my 10year old nephew for his birthday. I’m really just putting off doing the rest of the windows 🤣Food wise I’ve had fruit, yoghurt and granola (fibre) for breakfast, it’s a chicken salad for lunch using 1.5 swips for salad cream. Dinner is salmon, new potatoes, roasted tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower and sweetcorn.
First time using frozen mango chunks and raspberries from Lidl and really enjoyed them.

Afternoon all, another lovely day and not as windy as it has been the last couple of days.
Popped to the travel agents to pick up some money and apparently Egypt is now a closed currency so we've got a few dollars to use for tips which is what they suggested. Got home to an email from TUI to say that there is work going on at the resort we're going to! Talk about last minute letting us know. It says that they are putting people in the buildings away from the works - they'd better as I don't want noisy building works are going on! As you can image we're not happy about it but what can you do - it's far too late to try and find somewhere else.
Today's plan:
B - cheese omelette - Calcium; P
L - chicken fajita - Fibre, P; S; 3
D - lamb in gravy, mash, green veg - P; S; F; 1 (will scrape off as much gravy as possible!)Calcium - milk; cheese
Fibre - SW wrap
Swips - sweet chilli sauce 3; gravy 1Have a good day everyone.

That's infuriating @joedenise , certainly doesn't fill you with confidence for the holiday. I'm surprised there's building work going on but I suppose Egypt doesn't have a short season like some of the Mediterranean countries. I've been in February and October and the weather's been good both times. 🤞.you won't be disturbed.
Lovely day here too. We went for a walk this morning and then sat in the sun having coffee and it was glorious.
Today's plan -
B toast (fibre), milk (calcium), eggs (P), mushrooms and tomatoes (S)
L- JP (F), cottage cheese (P), salad (S)
D sausage, mash, LO gravy (F), onion, cauliflower, broccoli (S)
Swips - Aldi sausages 1.5

We're hoping they'll put us in one of the buildings near the Adult Only pool as apparently that's much quieter than anywhere else on the resort! We've had a look at the most recent reviews and absolutely no mention of building work noice so hopefully we'l be OK!
Couldn't sit out in the sun today as too windy and wind was quite cool as it was off the sea!
