Sorry @Coxy11 i laughed out loud at the squirrel 🤣 I would have freaked out if it was my lounge though!

Sunny but colder day here and I’m off shortly for coffee and a walk with two good friends. Again only had banana and coffee when I got up as wasn’t hungry. I’ll have lentil soup and a soft pitta with tuna salad for lunch - 1.5 for salad cream. Chilli and rice for dinner.

    Have a good day everyone.

DH is saying I'm irrational for being freaked out by the squirrel. I told him he's a (rhymes with) job. We reckon it's been in the house since Saturday at least as we were out all day yesterday. Just shudderingly awful thinking where it's been…..

I may have had rhubarb crumble - oops. Also forgot it's Monday so I should have weighed! Will do so tomorrow!

Brilliant loss @beanielou ! You definitely know how to lose when you put your mind to it. 👍

We have a squirrel in the garden @Coxy11 .He's fun to watch but I definitely wouldn't want him in the house.

It's been dull but dry here today @bubbs but started raining at teatime. We put the heating on for an hour or so but it's off now.

    Today's plan -

B toast (fibre), milk (calcium), scrambled eggs (P)

    L- LO hotpot (P, S, F)

    D - chicken stir fry with noodles (P, S, F)

Swips - 3.5 honey in stir fry sauce

    Morning all,

No. of squirrels in house = 0 (thank the lord)

I weighed in earlier - 2lb gain - not surprised.

Will be working today due to BH Monday and in again tomorrow. I've got my packed lunch at the ready.

    Food today:

    B - banana, spinach omelette - free, P, S

L - WM cheese roll, apple - Fibre, Calcium, S

D - Lemon & Pepper Basa fillet*, SW chips, peas - SWIPs, free

    Calcium - milk

    SWIPs - ??

Please is someone able to check the SWIPs for the fish - it's the Aldi one. I bought these as thought FB Mo has posted about them, but now realise it's the branded one she buys…. Thank you.

Fab loss @beanilou 🎉 I’m coming to stay with you!

@Coxy11 I can only find Aldi dusted basa fillets in garlic and herb at 6 swips or salt and pepper at 6.5 so would image lemon and pepper be around the same?

Ran a few errands this morning amd on way home popped in to see my friendly mechanic 🙈 there’s a loud rattling noise ‘developing’ so booked in for Monday. 🤞it’s not too bad and expensive!

I had a sweet omelette with yoghurt and fruit for breakfast, lentil soup for lunch and it’s chicken and leek tagliatelle with homemade garlic bread for dinner.
