Well done on your 1lb @bubbs . I'd love to be at the bottom of target. 👏👏👏

Sorry to hear your mum's not well again @Jellybaby but you did really well to just get a tiny gain after your break with your friend. Good luck with getting to Tenerife at target. 🤞

It's been 27 degrees here @Coxy11 so you deserve a pat on the back for doing your mum's gardening. 🥵 The running group sounds great, much better than doing it on your own.

I'm hoping it will cool down at night too @joedenise , it's been really hard to get a good night's sleep. We might even have rain on Tuesday (whatever that is?? 🤣)

Back on plan today, although cooking is a struggle in the heat.

    Today's plan -

B - porridge, strawberries, blueberries, banana (fibre, S, F), milk (calcium)

    L- Spanish omelette (P, S, F), pickles (S)

    D - steak (P), SW chips (F), mushrooms, onions, green stuff (S)

    Swips - weekend wine 😁

well I didn’t go last week, booked holiday as I had a steroid injection into my spine under heavy sedation and couldn’t drive for a few days

Back this morning and was amazed with a 31/2 lb loss !

I know it was 2 weeks but I just never lose that much

    Very happy !

    Definitely a day for a happy dance @Suffolksue . Well done! 👏👏👏

It might be over two weeks but you obviously stuck to it in the week you couldn't go. Hope the steroid injection helped ease pain. 🤗

Well done @bubbs on your 1lb loss - great to be at bottom of target range 🙌🏻

That’s a great loss @Suffolksue I hope the injection has made a difference to you 🤞🏻

I am off to yoga shortly so will have a banana first. Will be dropping DSis home then round to Mum’s to take her shopping. Will drop mine off then take her home then need to clear the garden properly. I’ve a tip run booked for tomorrow early afternoon. Not sure when I will eat lunch today - possibly 2pm! 😳

Morning all, cooler again today. We have free electric for an hour from 1-2pm so will get some washing done and DH will also cook the gammon joint we have - although it will also mean nearly an hour at normal price but hopefully the sun will be a bit brighter so the solar will kick in to save paying for some of it!

Changing the bed was fun left handed!!!

Well done on your lb loss and being at bottom end of range. You'll have to have some extra Swips this week to make sure you don't drop out - where's the Percy Pigs?

Great loss @Suffolksue. Hope the injection has helped with the pain and you're feeling more comfortable.

    Today's plan:

B - fry up - P; F; 1 (no Speed as run out of mushrooms and tomatoes!)
    L - burger, onions, gherkins in soft pitta - Fibre; S; 0.5
    D - baked gammon, roast potatoes, green veg - P; S; F

    Calcium - milk
    Fibre - soft pitta
    Swips - sausage 1; burger 0.5

    Have a good day everyone.

Another Sunday without a roast. ☹️ It's been overcast but hot and sticky. 🥵 The good news is that it's supposed to be getting cooler through the week and even some rain possible.

    Today's plan -

B- scrambled eggs and toast (fibre, P), milk for drinks (calcium)

    L- lentil soup (P, S)

    D- chicken casserole (P, F, S)

    Swips - cornflour 1, weekend wine 😁
