    Morning all,

Well done for getting back to target @Wilmaknickersfit 🙌🏻

Safe journey @joedenise whichever day you go!

Cooler today but we have blue skies. SIL and 2 young nephews are coming so we may go out visiting somewhere. I’ve barely anything in for visitors, so not entirely sure what my lunch will be!

    B - 50g bran sticks, skyr apple yog, blueberries - Fibre, 0.5, S

    L - TBC

    D - Aldi chicken skewers, couscous, large salad - 3, S

    Calcium - milk

    SWIPs - 3.5 (possibly more)

    Morning all,

I’ve been locked out of the forum but it liked my username and password this morning 🤷‍♀️

Family is visiting from abroad which means I have help with parents for the next few weeks 🥳. I was excited at no shopping trip until DS2 reminded me we need food too 🤣🤣

Meals have been fine but snacking or having cake with coffee when out has got out of hand. @joedenise I had a huge cheese scone, absolutely delicious! I dread to think the swips but I don’t eat butter so it could have been a lot worse lol.

Food today WILL be on plan - breakfast is usual granola, fruit and Kvarg, lentil soup for lunch and dinner is chilli with rice.

Morning all, quite nice now after a bit of a grey start but still quite windy but the sun is now out along with lots of blue sky.

DH's messages have been going mad this morning! He's now got a date for his eye op for mid October, along with a pre op appointment plus 4 follow up appointments - so 6 appointments come through this morning! Fortunately I should be able to drive by then because he won't be able to! If I can't I'll have to ask DD1 to drive but she won't be happy as day of op he has to be there at 7.15am so would need to leave abut 6!

Glad you've managed to get back in this morning @Jellybaby after being locked out yesterday. Also good that you'll have some help with your parents for a while. Don't know how you can eat a scone without butter! I find them really dry so don't know why I ate the half I did because I didn't really enjoy it.

    Today's plan:

B - toasted cheese sandwich, pickled onions - Fibre; Calcium, S
    L - chicken fajita, wrap - Fibre; P; S; 3
    D - steak, chips, onions, mushrooms - P; S; F; 1

    Calcium - cheese
    Fibre - bread; wrap
Swips - milk in drinks 6; sweet chilli sauce 3; mustard 1

    Have a good day everyone.

Hi @Jellybaby 👋 glad you are back in!

Crazy amount of appointments @joedenise !

We went to Whitstable with SIL and nephews and I had a protein salad bowl. I could choose what to have so asked for: lettuce, tomato, cucumber, beetroot, gherkins, chicken, hard boiled egg and two slithers of emmenthal with a balsamic glaze. Really tasty and all on plan 😊

I’m not now going to Scotland for the funeral next week as SIL has managed to get time off. So all the arrangements I’ve made for us and ILs (cottage, timescales, where to stop en route, dinner, flowers etc) will happen without me. Bit fed up but what can you do? I guess at least I can stay on plan eating at home so every cloud!

    Evening all 😁

Denise the one in the car park was at least dh age! Just thought he owned the car park i think! The other one was about 15, just being a stupid teen 🤣

Hope you have a lovely break, make sure you have a blanket they said going to be single figures overnight on the tv weather earlier 😱 DH said to me you better get a cardi out 🤣

We had a drop of rain all for about 3 or 4 mins this afternoon!

Doubt i will have time to pop in tomorrow, busy day with orders and it's my sister's 60th tomorrow and we are going to a party tomorrow evening. Just what i want day before way day 🤣 i will have tea before we go.

Glad you are back Jelly and you finally have some help.

    Food today

    Lunch half fibre and calcium

Tea, 1 sv for sausages, half fibre, it's not really a fibre bread as it's seeded , but i am counting it as, but i only ate half a slice not the full slice anyway .

Have a lovely time away @joedenise. It’s frustrating after making all the arrangements @Coxy11 but hopefully you’ll get some chill time to yourself.

    Enjoy your sister’s 60th @bubbs 🥳

I’m absolutely dreading WI tomorrow! I’m feeling fat and bloated so know it’s a definite gain. Out for lunch later then the line will be drawn once again 🙈

Just having the usual breakfast- granola, fruit and yoghurt - then running a few errands and have decided to do this weeks shop at Mr Ts and M&S for a change, oh the excitement 🤣🤣

Morning all, decided to go this morning rather than late yesterday. Seems daft paying for a night's camping when you don't even arrive until 3 or 4pm! We'll be leaving shortly and should be there by about 10.30 or so.

Enjoy tonight's party @bubbs. At least being at bottom end you can indulge in some beige food if you want to!

I weighed this morning and have maintained from last week so still not lost the weight I put on when we went to Salisbury. Being away this weekend means it will probably be another gain and have even more to shift. I was really hoping to have shifted some weight to get back to target before we go to France for a month in early September. I've had to change our ferry home from France to the day before we had planned as that is the date of DH's first hospital appointment for his eye! So an extra cost for that - just under £30, most of which was the admin fee!

    Today's plan:

    B - weetabix, milk, fruit - Fibre; Calcium, S, F
L - not sure - may just be an egg sandwich or we may eat out so Swips either way!
    D - LO lamb tagine, couscous - P; S; F

    Calcium - milk x 2
    Fibre - Weetabix
    Swips - bread 6?

Have a good day everyone. See you in a couple of days!

Morning all - sunny here but cooler 🙏

I weighed in with a 1.5lb loss so that’s 7.5lb in total. It was a taster session and was very busy so although I said I’d stay, I ended up coming away. We have ILs coming at some point this morning. Will get my shiny and certificate next week.

Enjoy your lunch out and the change of scenery @Jellybaby !

Have a good time away @joedenise - those admin fees are so annoying!

    Enjoy your sister’s celebrations @bubbs 🥂

    Food today:

B - apple, poached egg, toasted protein bagel thin - S, P, fibre

    L - tbc probably out

    D - FB SW Mo’s lasagna, salad - P, S, free, calcium

    Calcium - milk

SWIPs - tbc - depends on lunch out.
