Well done on your loss @bubbs and your STS @Suffolksue@Suffolksue.👍
Great to hear that you swerved a big gain @Jellybaby .🤞
Sorry @Coxy11 , I'd somehow got it into my head that 8lbs was half a stone. 🤣 Congratulations! 👏👏👏
Good to see you posting again @TakeItEazy .🤗
That's a lot of celebrations coming up @bubbs . Have you got any plans for your big birthday? 🤔
Football today and as it was hot we didn't bother to take coffee or a Crunchie so swerved some swips there. 👍
I'm determined to have a roast tomorrow for the first time in over two months so chicken is out to defrost. Looking forward to it. 😋
I had a tiny portion of lasagne left from yesterday so had it for lunch with an enormous salad and porridge with berries (more LOs 🤣) for breakfast. Tonight we're having spaghetti and meatballs. Today's swips will be 1 for LTL mayo and then my customary weekend wine. 😁

Afternoon all, we're back. Two loads of washing done already which DH has hung out but it's just hanging there as no breeze to speak off. Hopefully it'll dry in the sun though. Still one more load to do plus the bedding from the motorhome so would like to get that done either tomorrow or Tuesday as we're forecast rain from Wednesday.
Well done @Coxy11 on. your loss and half stone award, even if you didn't wait to collect it! Tasters can often be very noisy especially in the school holidays if people bring their kids with them!
Great loss @TakeItEazy, I know it's a difficult time for you but hopefully you can start eating properly soon. Perhaps make some batch cooked slow cooker meals to get in the freezer using plenty of ready chopped veg if you can't be bothered to peel and chop yourself. Have a look at The Batch Lady website as she uses loads of short cuts to make life easier.
A small gain is OK @Jellybaby with all that you have going on.
Is it only that particular seeded bread that's Fibre @bubbs or any seeded bread? Don't think I've ever seen that brand before.
Eating out yesterday definitely wasn't SW friendly so I will really will need to rein it in this week! So today's plan:
B - fry up - P; S; F; 1
L - LO hunters chicken pasta bake - part Calcium; P; S; F
D - pork steak, potatoes, veg - P; S; F (not sure whether DH is doing mash or roast!)Calcium - milk, cheese
Fibre - none planned
Swips - sausage 1; couple squares dark chocolate 2Have a good day everyone.

Wow that's a lot of washing @joedenise , amazing where it all comes from. 😁
It's a lovely day here, sunny and warm but not stifling like it has been. 🌞
I called into Sainsburys earlier as, what with visitors and football, I hadn't managed to finish my food shopping. I got some YS fish and chicken thighs so worth the trip. 👍
I've been gifted some greengages and damsons by a friend. Would someone check the swips in cooked fruit and are they still a fibre choice? TIA😊
Really looking forward to my roast later and the LOs for my lunch tomorrow. 😋 We're having swede and carrot mash as well which we haven't had for ages. That's from the freezer but need to make more braised red cabbage as out of that.
Today's plan -
B- toast, eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms (fibre, P, S), milk for drinks (calcium)
L- lentil soup (P, S)
D - chicken roast (P, F, S)
Swips - HM gravy 4? weekend wine 😁

Hi all,
Well done on your losses @TakeItEazy and @bubbs. That’s a lot of big birthdays coming up @bubbs 😱 You’ve had so much to deal with @TakeItEazy and are doing great. Your furbaby is beautiful ❤️
STS is great @Suffolksue and a teeny gain is not too bad considering @Jellybaby xx
Welcome back @joedenise 😊
We went to friends last night and the food was AMAZING but I was good. Didn’t have lunch in the end so had all my SWIPs plus one HE to spare. I drove so no wastage there.
Food today:B - half banana, apple, protein bagel thin, poached egg - free, S, fibre, P
L - LO pork schezuan and noodles - free
D - chilli con carne and rice - free
Calcium - half milk/1 babybel light
Fibre #2 - 2 hi fi bars
SWIPs - skinny bar 3.5

Thank you for the cooked fruit info @bubbs . I'll have some when I have a fibre choice spare because it seems like a lot of swips otherwise.
We loved our roast dinner. 😋 I've only just finished clearing up as my brother phoned just as everything was ready to serve. Not many LOs for tomorrow as I was really hungry (and greedy 😁).
Glad you enjoyed the food last night @Coxy11 .Was it all plant based? 🤔
0 -
Mainly plant based and home grown to boot! Amazing salsa, padron peppers, mini carrots, raita dip (not for me) hm focaccia (I had a small piece) charcuterie board (not for me) quiche and loads of desserts plus baked Camembert but I abstained. Did munch a few crisps and a couple of breadsticks. Took flavoured fizzy water and my water bottle.
I’m donating blood tomorrow so need to make sure I drink loads during the day. I’m volunteering 1-3 tomorrow for the first time too eeek.
