Well done on your 1.5lbs off @Coxy11 . You're doing so well and I'm sure you'll get that extra 0.5 (and more) next week! Go for it!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Good luck for WI tomorrow @Jellybaby . Maybe you will get a gain but probably worth snacking with the visitors to get a bit of a break. You did make me laugh when your DS had to remind you that you'd still have to go food shopping even without the parents! Hope you had a good time in Tesco! 🤣

Enjoy the party @bubbs . Except on holiday, it's not often that you and DH go out on the town! 😁

It's good that Joe's appointments have come through @joedenise and only affect your holiday in France by one day. I know we'd all like to lose but STS does mean you're not straying from plan too much or too often.

I'm feeling a bit thinner . I'm pretty sure I'm still out of range but the bloated tummy is improving. I know that you can't just pick which bit of your body you'd like to lose from (more's the pity☹️) but I'm perfectly happy with the rest of me! 🤣

We had DD2 and family for lunch and the lasagne and salad went down well as did my usual deconstructed Eton Mess for pudding . I skipped the meringue and just had yogurt and berries instead of cream. I didn't measure cheese or milk in the white sauce but don't think my portion would have been wildly outside calcium allowance for the day. I had a SW breakfast (scrambled eggs) and if I eat this evening it will be something SW friendly like cold meat and pickles. As it's Friday, there will be wine syns but I save those up through the week.

I used the last of my Bolognese sauce from the freezer to make the lasagne so need to start building up the HM ready meals again. Fortunately it's much cooler now so batch cooking will be easier to manage. 👍🏼

Thanks @beanielou and @maman I did get my 1/2 stone this week but didn't stay for the presentation as it was too busy/noisy with the food tasting!

We ended up in a cafe in Faversham yesterday where I had a coffee and a tuna JP. Counted 5 for the mayo as seemed very much like a catering tub tuna mayo mix. I made FB SW Mo's lasagna last night and added another huge amount of small diced courgette from the allotment, so it was 5 layers tall! Really delicious and filling.

Today we have some house bits and bobs to do then we are off to friends for a get together in their garden. I have no clue what will be served but they eat mainly plant based and are good cooks.

    Food today:

B - AF bacon, poached egg, toasted protein bagel, tomatoes, mushrooms - P, fibre, S

    L - JP, cheese, cucumber, radishes, pickles - 1, calcium, S

D - out at friends.- tbc

    Calcium - milk

    SWIPs - tbc

Well done on the loss @Coxy11 🎉

I gained a wee half pound and once again absolutely delighted it wasn’t more! But, that’s two weeks now so going to be on it like a car bonnet this week.

Glad you’re feeling thinner @maman probably the heat wasn’t helping. Not the case here, very Autumnal and my heating clicked on this morning 😳

Breakfast was a wholemeal roll with bacon medallions, tomatoes and mushrooms. Also had a tattie scone at 3 swips and coffee with collagen adding 2.5.

Dinner is steak and FB Donna tackles SW’s steakhouse potato salad. Think it’s only 1 swip per portion. Will let you know what it’s like. Have plenty fruit to snack on if I’m hungry.

Afternoon all am hanging in here.

WI with loss of 1.5. Been yo-yoing weight wise with the same amount for weeks. Not eating as I should, melon & grapes with pumpkin seeds & ground linseed plus FF Greek yogurt for first meal of day (not necessarily breakfast time) then thin raisin & cinnamon bagels (3) with peanut butter for 2nd meal (at whatever time!) occasionally have some popcorn in between! Not brilliant but hopefully will perk up when back at work.

That being said the anxiety dreams have started too! Not been to work for 3 months by the time I go back 🫨 Got very anxious & stressed trying to sort my dog. Was afraid I’d have to rehome as he was always with hubby & now can’t be left without howling & barking. Have sorted daycare but still anxious about what happens if he’s picked up late so I’m late for work!
Also still waiting for the official death certificate as cause couldn’t be established so biopsies had to be done.
Am lucky to have understanding Head Teacher & colleagues.

Hope everyone is as well as can be! 💜💜

    Afternoon all 😁

    I lost half today 😁😁

Well done Coxy 👏👏 and TIE 👏👏

TIE, take it easy and don't be hard on yourself, it's a very difficult time for you, lots of changes. I know my sister said to me when she lost her DH, if it wasn't for her dogs she don't know how she would have got through the first couple of years without him, but when she did go back to work, (she works for herself) they went in their Kennel , which they did from pups, as they were gun dogs. I say kennel, it was a big walk in one about 8ft x 10 ft and she only went back part time. Your dog is lovely 🥰 Take time and look after yourself xxx

Jelly half on is not bad.

Maman, no we are home birds, but we was talking last night, i'm 60 next yr, Mum is 80, the next year another sister is 60, the next yr BIL, the next yr my other sister 🤣 so few big birthdays coming up.

Lunch, egg wrap with sausages 1.5 and mushrooms.Tomato and watermelon

If anyone likes seeded bread, the half slice i had the other day, thought it wasn't but it is! You get 1 slice from big loaf for fibre
