Morning all, had the forecast rain overnight but didn't hear any thunder. It's a bit grey but it looks like the sun is trying to break through and there is some definite blue patches.
Such a shame about Dolly - I liked her too. So talented, a loss to the music industry.
I forgot to say yesterday but DH got a call from the eye hospital asking if he wanted to have his operation today! Obviously he had to turn it down because I'm not able to drive yet and still not able to use my right hand so wouldn't be able to do any chopping etc to would end up having to eat ready meals or takeaways! So the op is still on for mid October.
Today's plan:
B - scrambled eggs, toast - Fibre; P
L - Welsh rarebit, pickles - Fibre; Calcium; P; S
D - sausages, mash, veg - S; F; 2Fibre - bread x 2
Calcium - cheese
Swips - milk for drinks 6; sausages 2Have a good day everyone.

Morning all,
Another who is saddened by the death of Dolly - what an amazing lady she was 😥
That's typical about DH's eye appointment @joedenise but at least you are still planning for mid-October. We too had rain!
Busy bee @bubbs x
BIL arranged a delivery of aggregate which turned up at 7.20am and was trying (and failing) to reverse into our driveway. I woke up with a start and threw on some clothes to go see what the noise was. In the end he had to drop it over the hedge so it's a good distance from the actual site it's needed. I will probably be shifting it today as DH in Scotland until Friday. Body magic on steroids!
Food today:
B - 50g bran sticks, blueberries, mullerlight vanilla - fibre, S, 1
L - HM marrow soup, banana, satsuma, apple - 3, free, S (soup has coconut milk in it)
D - FB SW Mo's carbonara with added mushrooms - Calcium, free, S
Calcium - milk
SWIPs - 4 plus a hi fi bar 3 = 7 total

Change of plan for lunch as DH's dental appointment got cancelled so it's back to what was originally planned - burger & onions in soft pitta. Doesn't affect Swips or Healthy Extras!

We didn't have the forecast rain overnight and today's been hot and sunny as usual. We'll see what tomorrow brings. 🤔
It's a shame that Joe couldn't get his surgery out of the way @joedenise but just impossible for you. Hope someone else could take advantage.
That's going to be a load of Body Magic if you move all that hard core @Coxy11 .🥵
I checked out the Mo's carbonara recipe and it looks delicious. Do you use the JD seasoning mix or spices/herbs of your own? 🤔
Is it still hot in your work unit @bubbs ? It's good that business is doing well but don't push yourself too hard. 🤗
As we haven't had a roast for so long, it forgot that I had chicken to use up so we're having that tonight.
Today's plan -
B- porridge, blueberries, banana (fibre, S, F), milk for drinks (calcium)
L- ham and egg salad (P, S, F)
D - cold chicken (P), chips (F), roasted veg (S)
Swips - LTL mayo 1
