Well done on your losses yesterday @bubbs and @Jellybaby, pleased you both got what you wanted.👍🏼

Your kitten is a real sweetie @Coxy11 . Enjoy your time with the family and 🤞🏼you don't eat too much beige food.

Welcome @peony40, good to have you on board. I've been going it alone for about a year as a target member. Although it's not the official way, I choose to save most of my swips for weekends and it's worked for me. Do ask if you've any questions and I'm sure one of us will be able to help.

We're having lamb too @bubbs but fortunately we both like it. I'm just sticking with 4 swips for the HM gravy although I'll probably eat some of the fat on the meat as I love it.😋 Take it easy while you have a chance.

We're out for the day tomorrow as it's DH's birthday. I'll try and find something SW friendly for lunch and we'll probably be back in time for dinner but we'll see what happens. DD1 is coming round later with his cards and gifts so hopefully she doesn't bring cake.🤞🏼

    Today's plan-
B- toast, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms (fibre, P,S), milk for drinks (calcium)
L- JP with prawns and salad (P,S,F)
    D- roast lamb dinner (P,S,F)
Swips- LTL mayo 1, HM gravy 4, weekend wine😁
