    Morning all,

Well done on the loss @beanielou 🎉 and on maintaining for four years @Matron_Midge that’s a great achievement 🥳

Well done on the loss too @milann even though the move sounds very stressful. Sorry @Coxy11 , that made me giggle 🤣

Well Autumn is definitely here. Heating was on last night! Throw was back on the bed and I didn’t sleep for the wind and rain battering off the windows. Three weeks and I’ll be on a sun bed by the pool with a cocktail in my hand.

    Today’s food:
B - fruit, yoghurt, 1 tbsp passion fruit preserve (trying to use up) - 2.5 swips, collagen 2.5
D - katsu curry courtesy of DS. Will need to check swips for curry sauce and breadcrumbs

    Have a good day everyone

Wet and windy here. We haven't resorted to having the heating on yet @Jellybaby but have lights on to see!!

ILs have just been round for a coffee and to bring my birthday gift for Thursday. I had a Jane Asher cookie mix in the cupboard (add butter and water and cook) so I made 6 choc chip cookies plus offered them Toblerone minis that DS2 had been gifted and doesn't like. I had one Toblerone (2 swips) and a bite of a cookie (2 swips?) but DH and ILs helped with the remainder!

    Food today:

B - toasted protein bagel thin, 2 hard boiled eggs (smashed), cooked mini tomatoes - fibre, P, S

    L - marrow soup, Skinny toffee bar - 6

    D - burger in a bowl - 2

    Calcium - 350ml skimmed milk

    Calcium #2 - 3 x mini babybel light

    SWIPs - 4 plus 6 = 10 total

Well done on your restraint with the goodies this morning @Coxy11 .👍

We had a wet morning but it's cleared up now. I'm still in a tee shirt but did put a jacket on to go out earlier. Sorry @Jellybaby and @beanielou .

Move sounds really stressful @milann but I'm sure you'll settle in soon. It'll help when you've managed to buy in plenty of food and get your kitchen sorted.

I've had 2 x fibre today for probably the first time ever. The email on my phone is not working and I made the mistake of calling the helpline! It's still not sorted but that wasted the best part of an hour. I didn't have time to cook anything so just had a quick snack.

    Today's plan -

B - fry up (fibre, P, F), milk for drinks (calcium)

L- ham and tomato roll (fibre, S)

    D chicken curry with rice (P, S, F)

    Swips - none planned

My dinner is changing to baked potato with chilli! Discovered DS planned to use breaded chicken steaks rather than fresh and at 10 swips each before even counting the curry sauce, I was rummaging in the freezer 🤣🤣

    Morning all,

Was up at half five this morning to drop DS off at work as his car is in for a service. Can’t complain too much as he’s doing the airport runs for me! Apart from salsa shortly and a parent check after I’m not doing much.

    Today’s food:
B - fruit, yoghurt, tbsp preserve - 2.5 and collagen and milk in coffee 2.5, fat choice
    L - lentil soup
D - spaghetti bolognaise, Parmesan - fat choice

    Have a good day everyone

Wow! That was an early start @Jellybaby . I'm surprise you didn't have two breakfasts getting up at that hour.

Just curious but wouldn't the Parmesan and milk be counted as calcium choices or are they all the same as avocado and oil now?🤔

It's dry and about 19 degrees here but it's definitely getting colder then I suppose anything would after the summer we've had. It's definitely the weather for hot food like your cottage pie @bubbs .

I'm making a bit of a cheat roast dinner today by heating sliced meat from the freezer in gravy. The gravy is free because it's LO from HB steaks and as that only has a tsp of cornflour in to start with then I'm ignoring the fraction of a swip.

    Today's plan-
B- toast, eggs, mushrooms and bacon (fibre, P,S), milk for drinks (calcium?)
    L- JP(F), cottage cheese (P), salad (S)
D- beef (P), new potatoes, LO gravy (F), cauli, broccoli, cabbage, carrots (S)
    Swips- horseradish?🤔

Yes, you’re right it should be calcium choices @maman my brain is muddled with the early start 🤣🤣. I also forgot to take the lentil soup out of the freezer so having a veggie omelette with pickles instead.

    That’s an early start @Jellybaby!

I’ve been out most of the day. Fed DSis’s cat then went to visit an old friend in her new home about an hour away. It’s a lovely Victorian house, neutral colours with a gorgeous kitchen. Feeling jealous! We wanted a Victorian property but none with parking in our preferred location unfortunately. Maybe next time…Popped to mums en route home - gave me a big box of lindor and flowers for my birthday tomorrow

    Food today:

    B - malted wheats, mullerlight, blueberries - fibre, 1, S

    L - Ham, oatcake, salad, feta, HM bite size chocolate brownie, strawberries, apple - P, 2.5, S, 1/2 calcium, 3, S

D - BBQ pork fillet, AF sweet potato wedges, salad - P, free, S

    1/2 calcium - milk

SWIPs - Pom Bears 3.5, skinny toffee bar 3.5 plus 6.5 = 13.5 total eek
