    Morning all,

DH and his mates camped in the garden last night having eaten at our local pub first. I picked DD up from the station at 9:30pm - later than planned. I ended up just having some sweet potato fries from the AF and a couple of crab sticks for tea! This is my problem - when there’s no one else to cooked for I just snack….

I’m taking Mum out today so lunch out somewhere/tbc.

    Food today:

B - toasted protein bagel thin, jam - fibre, 1

L - tbc - will take an apple and satsuma with me - S

D - LM sausages, sweet potato fries, tomatoes, cucumber - free, S

    Calcium - 350ml skimmed milk

    Calcium #2 - 3 x Mini babybel light

    SWIPs - at least 1

    Morning all,

Good loss @Coxy11 and I totally agree about parents being such hard work!!

Good you’ve got your MRI date @bubbs you should have chanced it and asked if there were any earlier appointments 😁 I’m now in the camp of if you don’t ask you don’t get 🤣

Your pasta bake dish is my kind of thing @maman

Two pound gain this morning. Totally surprised it wasn’t more but it puts me back into the stone above which I’m not happy about. So much for wanting to be at target by the time I went on holiday - not going to happen in three weeks but I’m determined to be on plan until I go.

    Today’s food:
Breakfast - collagen 2.5, 40g granola (fibre), rasps, strawberries, protein yoghurt 1
Dinner - Cajun chicken burger 1 swip, roll (fibre), huge salad with pickles, salad cream 1.5

    Have a good day everyone

Sorry no losses today @bubbs and @Jellybaby .☹️

Hope you'll soon see a loss (in more ways than one😁) @bubbs .

Good idea to resolve to do your best until your holiday @Jellybaby . Hopefully, nothing to stop you, seeing that new number!

Hope you didn't have too many swips when out with your mother @Coxy11 .🤞🏼

Summer is back here, sunny and warm.😎 It's meant to be the same tomorrow so I'll do the washing then with the cheap electricity.

I managed fine without the wine swips last night, didn't even have any chocolate.👍🏼

    Today's plan-
B- porridge, banana, strawberries and blueberries (fibre, S, F) milk (calcium)
L- JP, prawns and salad (P,S,F)
D- sweet and sour pork with rice (P,S,F)
    Swips- LTL mayo1, sauce 4?, weekend wine😁

Mum and I ended up at a cafe - she wanted toast and marmalade then said she couldn’t eat two slices(!) I went for a toasted tea cake so 10.5 SWIPs there. Second coffee before driving home I stuck to just coffee - Mum wanted to share a piece of Victoria sponge. I declined so she wrapped up half and took it home. Turning into my nan more each day.

Annoying about the scale results @Jellybaby and @bubbs. Hope something happens soon @bubbs 🤞🏻🤞🏻

    That’s good going @maman 😇

Am defrosting a beef joint for tomorrow. Haven’t had a roast in a while. Need veg so will shop tomorrow morning after yoga.

That made me laugh @Coxy11@, after the talk of difficult parents. Your mum says she can't manage a second slice of toast but then wants Victoria sponge! 🤣

I've had a productive afternoon. Dinner is in the oven, all veg prepped for tomorrow's dinner and just about to make meatballs mixture . That can chill in the fridge and then go in the oven tomorrow. 👍

    I know @maman !! Give me strength!

I’ve just made a spinach and tomato omelette as was in danger of raiding the crisp cupboard. Will have LM sausages later.
