You're doing well with the leftovers today @Coxy11, very MSE.👍🏼

Good idea to take a snack with you this afternoon in case biscuits etc are on offer.

I have soy and 5 spice with the stir fry veg when we have it as a side dish.

I'm still feeling fat but I'm going to keep plodding in true @beanielou fashion.

    Today's plan-
B- toast, fried eggs, mushrooms and tomatoes (fibre, P,S), milk for drinks (calcium)
L- LO hotpot with pickled cabbage (P,S,F)
D- salmon (P), SW chips (F), stir fry veg (S)
    Swips- none planned

Now on my third week of trying to sort out parents broadband 🤷‍♀️ when I was leaving dad says oh can you find us a joiner too…I left pretending not to hear 🙈

Food so far has been sweet omelette again with fruit and yoghurt - 2 swips, lunch was lentil soup and dinner is chilli salmon with new potatoes and roasted veg. Need to add 2.5 swips for collagen powder.

Hi everyone. So after my birthday and a couple of nights away eating/drinking everything I fancied my weigh in after 2 weeks is………. A gain of 0.6kg. Not too shabby but we did do two 10 mile hikes to offset the pub grub.

Back to it again now. Had my yog/ fruit for breakfast, tuna salad bowl with some cold new pot’s and for tea we are having Spanish omelette to use up the last of the potatoes.

4 weeks today I should be sat on a sun bed so I need to get a couple of KG off before then to mitigate the inevitable holiday gains.

In other news, it is over 4 years since I called target after losing 3 stone 9lbs. I have gone down and up ever since and am so pleased that I am a maintainer - even though I’m not a SW member anymore. I really hope I can keep 2kg either side of that target forever and so far, indulging when I want but reigning it in immediately after seems to work ok for me.

I need to catch upon all your posts so I may be back later to congratulate/commiserate accordingly.

I haven’t had chance to read all the comments since my last visit, so I’m hoping everyone is doing fantastically.

I’ve moved house since I last posted - it’s been a tad stressful to say the least with extra fees from the cowboy removal firm that promised the earth but didn’t deliver……..we’ve had to put claims in for damaged and missing items BUT we’re in now and need to put the hassles behind us. I ended up coming to stay with ds on Saturday as I had a hospital appointment on Sunday. I’m heading back down South (still can’t think of it as home 🥴but I will 👍) The bonus to all the stress is I haven’t felt like eating some days. Some days were very healthy as Dd cooked for us, we’ve also had a few ‘spoons meals. So I’ve lost 1/2 stone from my starting weight. I’m happy with that but I need to be careful not to put it on by eating out too much. When I get back home 😄 I need to give the cooker a deep clean……there’s been a lot of deep cleaning to do and it’s taken me days to even open the oven to look at it…… I left my old house spotless and then came and looked in my new kitchen 😳🤢🤬 I couldn’t cook in it as it is. It took 4 goes with bleach to get the floor clean. Most of my kitchen items are still packed away and I’ve only taken the absolutely necessary bits out as the kitchen is a lot smaller than my old one. But it’ll do nicely once it’s been deep cleaned until we have the kitchen extension we want sorted. I’m heading home tomorrow and will spend some time with Dh who has been the most stressed I’ve ever seen him. I need to do a proper big shop once the kitchen is in order and I’ll do some batch cooking. If only the removal firm hadn’t lost my salad crisper and a freezer tray 🤬

    Onwards and upwards 👍😁

oh @milann the move sounds very stressful, so sorry to hear. I think you’ve done well with food all things considered x

When we moved I was working FT and the removers came the Friday before the Monday move date to take some items. DH gleefully rang me at work to say “the spare room is all packed and has gone on the lorry” which was great except that was my dressing room so ALL my clothes had gone so I literally had what I was wearing! I had to go shopping Tesco for clothing and underwear! Oh how we laughed NOT.
