    Evening all 😁

Coxy Lindor 😱 my fav's and 4.5 sv each !

Was really nippy this morning but been a nice day .

What a carry on today 🙈first off i had a telephone appointment about medication, 9.20 am she couldn't action it on a repeat, will speak to the nurse that can. Get an appointment for 16/8/26 !!! Tried to ring the surgery at 2pm it's closed , what an effin joke! I am assuming it's supposed to be 16/9/26.

Any way we then leave to go shopping about 9.50 before dentist at 11.30, there's been an accident on the dual, bloody chaos every where, rds just chocca block all around town and through town, i said we better go dentist or we are not going to get there intime, thank god for sat nav as would never have got there, got there just before 11, went shopping after.

Comes to go home and the rd outside here said shut between 9.30-3.30 today but it wasn't this morning, but of course it was when we come home, we was literally 500 yrds from the gate and couldn't get in, had to go ALL the way round, back down the dual etc, about bloody 6 miles, couldn't make it up this morning 🤣

    Food today

Happy Birthday @Coxy11 and enjoy your day. I'm sure everything is swip free on birthdays! 🎂🤣

That was very stressful yesterday for you @bubbs . There seem to be roadworks popping up all over the place at the moment, so difficult to plan a journey. ☹️ I do hope you got the GP appointment sorted.

I'm making a hash to have with my lunch from some LO veg from last night and various fridge bits. There are just two tiny potatoes in there but all the rest are Speed veg. As I've not been to a group for ages, do they still suggest S/P for fast track weightloss? 🤔

I've got optician and hairdresser appointments this afternoon so an easy meal from the freezer planned. If the optician recommends a change of lenses, I'm pleased to notice that Boots still have their offer on (One pair full price, one half price and one free). I haven't needed to change my glasses (distance only) for a while so I'd be happy with a new pair, a pair of prescription sunglasses and the free ones to put by the tv. 😁

    Today's plan-
B- Porridge, blueberries, banana (fibre, S,F), milk (calcium1)
L- ham, eggs (P), vegetable hash and pickles (F,S)
D- spaghetti with meatballs in tomato sauce (P,S,F), Parmesan (calcium2)
    Swips- none planned

it’s beginning to feel a bit more like home now. We went shopping this morning a ten minute drive away with a M&S, Aldi and H bargains. All is good in Milannland as I have my big pack of loo rolls again 😂😂 I really don’t like running low. It has felt very unnerving letting my stocks of everything run down ready for the move. I’m stocking up slowly and finding out where the shops are.
We’d taken the bus to Canterbury yesterday and had mooch around. On our way we had a phone call saying the removal man would contact us and arrange a delivery of some of the missing items. We continued with our day waiting for said phone call. On our way home we stopped for a sandwich in our local seaside town…..just cos we could …..watching the boats in the harbour. We had a phone call expecting them to say they’d be with us tomorrow……but NO they were sitting on our drive 🤬🤬🤬 We tried to order a taxi….30 minute wait and it was a tad too far to walk quickly. Anyway we jumped on the bus…it’s only a 10 minute ride.By the time we got home there was a mattress on the drive….no sign of any other missing items and no sign of the removal van. I’m not sure if it’s ds mattress or not…..it’s been through the mill if it is with muddy marks all over it. We still can’t put the bed up as part of it is still missing.
It was late by the time we got to eat the sandwich we planned to eat by the harbour so we decided to try the local chippy for a few chips to go with the sandwich. They were the nicest chips I’ve had in a very long time. But the only other thing I ate yesterday was a banana and slice of toast. I weighed this morning and am still the same weight 😄 despite the chips 😄👍

Tea tonight will be pasta with home made chicken and veg sauce.

Strawberries with yoghurt tomorrow for breakfast, salad with ham and very small piece of M&S quiche for dinner and steak, mushroom and tomatoes for tea.
    Loving the food photos Bubbs👍

Thanks @maman x Had a voucher last year from BIL to walk a micro pig so did that this morning, then doorstep sandwich (only ate half) and a walk around a local country manor garden with an ice cream. Not counting any of it as tbh I’ve been very low today. We are going to the pub for dinner - only just booked by DD as clearly unless I arrange things, they don’t happen.

Awful about the mattress @milann - glad you enjoyed the chips x

Happy birthday 🎉 @Coxy11 i hope you had something lovely to eat at the pub and a few rum and cokes (if memory serves me 😁).

Not had a chance to post, not stopped all day. Food has been on plan and I’ve got a shopping list ready for tomorrow. I’ve decided to WI at my usual class on Saturday then the following two weeks at a Friday class. Then while I’m away decide what class I’ll go to.

Hope you enjoyed your pub meal yesterday @Coxy11 and didn't do too much damage.🤞🏼

That's a good idea to try out the other group for a couple of weeks to see how you get on @Jellybaby . I'd have stayed with SW if I could have found a group with the right consultant on days/times that suited me.

Your meal beats any restaurant/take away @bubbs . It's no wonder you and DH rarely go out to eat when you eat like kings at home. 😋 Glad you got the appointment sorted.

That's really not good enough from the removals company @milann . Hope you sort them out and well done on managing to maintain despite all the upheaval. 👍🏼

Change of plan with my lunch yesterday so the hash and eggs will be today. I checked my diary and realised optician appointment was earlier than I thought so quickly pinged some lentil soup instead. I now need to make more so gammon on the shopping list. I also had a bag of carrots and a bag of parsnips from Asda at 19p each so @bubbs will be proud of me. 😁

Shopping list and next week's meals all sorted for later. We have two family birthdays next week so probably some swips will be involved.

    Today's plan-
B- toast, scrambled eggs (fibre, P), milk for drinks (calcium)
L- ham, eggs, vegetable hash (P,S,F)
D- chicken (P), SW chips (F), broccoli, asparagus, tomatoes, mushrooms (S)
    Swips- maybe some chocolate, 3?🤔

    Evening all 😁😁

We do eat like Kings, might as well have something tasty and low syn than boring and horrible 🤣 well done on your cheap veg!

We was going to go CS next week, but decided against it as have so much to do at the unit, so i need to buy some of them Chicken crowns tomorrow, i am going to have lamb Sunday but dh won't, so now i am in a quandary as i have £25 in Morrisons fivers on the app, was saving them till Christmas, or do i spend them now 🤔 At least not going CS my freezer is finally moving and going down as wasn't when it was hot.

Well i was awake half the night with my bloody shoulder/arm again, then this afternoon i tried up the decking steps and really whacked and grazed my other arm 😢 good job it wasn't my bad arm!

    Food today

lunch half calcium and part fibre.

Tea, 1 sv for sweet chilli sauce and half calcium

Look after yourself @bubbs you don’t need any more falls or scrapes

I got a very welcome surprise at WI with three off 🥳 now to keep it going downwards until I go on holiday!

The first Saturday in ages I have to myself. There’s loads I could be doing around the house but I’m not 🤣🤣 . It’s a wet miserable day here so it’ll be coffee and book afternoon.

I had the usual fruit, f/f Greek yoghurt and granola for breakfast and it’s good old meatballs with spaghetti for dinner. I’m recording everything as I eat it.
