Well done on the loss @bubbs you must be right at bottom of target and it’s no surprise you won the number of speed portions πŸ˜‡πŸ€£ I think our wee group here all eat loads of fruit and veg but it’s scary in class when you hear what some eat - or not as the case may be - and even worse when you see pics of meals that wouldn’t feed a sparrow!

    Well done @Jellybaby and @bubbs - fab losses x

I’d booked two weeks holiday when I bought my countdown so no weigh in for me until 25 Sept. I had ham egg and chips at the pub on my birthday plus 2 rum and Pepsi max. Yesterday was all on plan and today also. Tomorrow DS1 is hosting and food will be very beige but I am taking some cruditΓ©s although I will have cake as DD bought a Connie and it’s still to be opened.

DDad arrived early this morning with DSis and BIL. We had him for dinner of pasta bolognaise and I’m dropping him off shortly (no room to host him here). He’s here until November so good job I have no work so I can take him out.

    Morning,

I have just discovered this thread, will it be ok for me to join you all? I restarted SW on Friday, doing it by myself, using my SW books from a few years ago.

Welcome to the thread @peony40 x Several of us go to group and some are going it alone. Please ask if you need any SWIPs checking on the app as @beanielou says, some things have changed in value.

Am up and keeping the kitten amused - she can now get onto the kitchen table which I’m not too thrilled about. She thinks she’s so clever though!

We are going to DS1’s for 2pm so will have some good choices before we go.

B - toasted protein bagel thin, poached egg, satsuma - fibre, P, S

    L - apple, seafood sticks, salad - S, P

    D - at DS1’s so SWIP-y!!

    Calcium - 350ml skimmed milk

    SWIPs - flexible.
