I like the sound of the kiev @bubbs how did you make it please??
Well I’ve had a bit of a SWIP-y day so far which isn’t great timing for group tomorrow! I had a SW pancake for breakfast - bought a pack of each flavour a while ago and froze individually. Not many left now. Still not 100% sure I like them?! Lunch was late as we popped out to do some errands after a rather lengthy teams call with our financial advisor. My saving grace is my dinner tonight is free 👍
Food today:B - SW blueberry pancake, mullerlight vanilla, blueberries, strawberries - fibre, 1, S
L - mug shot 3, 25g mini rice crackers 5.5! (Used to be 1??), Apple - 8.5, S
D - pork Szechuan and noodles - LO Portion from freezer - free
Calcium - 350ml skimmed milk
Calcium #2 - 3 x Mini babybel
SWIPs - 9.5 - Might have a hi fi later if I get the munchies so possibly 12.5.

Evening all 😁
Crazy busy today! Can't complain though!
Coxy
Chicken mince, i whizzed with mixed herbs and black pepper, rolled out inbetween greasproof paper, placed 2 slices ham on, about 2/3 cheese spread portion, mixed in tsp lazy garlic. Carefully folded it over and sealed by pressing edges together, then i put 9g parmesan on top and baked.
Maman meant to say is it going to entice you back to group the free membership?
Food today
Lunch, half fibre
Tea 3 sv for sausages

No @bubbs ,I don't think I'd join again unless I was way off target and not managing on my own. I definitely wouldn't wait until I'd put on loads.
Before they gave the code for free membership there was a very short questionnaire about why you'd left. I think they particularly want to know if you've gone onto the jabs/pills or another programme. They're obviously feeling the pinch.
I can see why you had to get something together for your late lunch @Coxy11 but it just shows how extra swips have been added over the years. I can remember when mugshots were a hugely popular, low syn choice. I'm sure some of them were free. 🤔 Good luck for WI tomorrow. 🤞
Change of plan for dinner as I wanted to use up the broccoli which was getting past its best. I made 3 portions of tomato sauce too. 👍
Today's plan -
B- toast, bacon, eggs, baked beans (fibre, P, F), milk for drinks (calcium 1)
L- JP, chilli, salad (P, S, F)
D bacon, mushroom and broccoli pasta (P, S, F), Parmesan (calcium 2)
Swips - couple of squares of chocolate 2

Hi all,
My group relaunched today and it was standing room only so I didn't stay! I weighed in with a 1lb loss which was good. Still 1.5lb into the stone bracket I don't want to see again and over a stone over my new target, so still work to do. I'd booked holiday from group for the next two weeks as we were expecting to be away (my birthday next week) but due to various work on the house and the related expense, we've decided to stay put. I will however take those weeks off of group so can relax over going out on my birthday etc.
I went straight from weighing to the Swedish shed north of the river, where I'd done a click and collect for DS2's bedside cabinet. Very straightforward and I went into the cafe after to have a small veggie breakfast and black coffee - £2.75/free for !kea family members and 7.5 SWIPs. Not too bad. Did take an apple, satsuma and hi fi with me. I did a little shopping in the store then went to another shopping mall south of the river for a couple of things for DD's birthday. Also picked up a lovely new jumper for me.
DSis is in Cyprus with her family and DDad has been admitted to hospital with yet another urine infection/bleeding so not now sure if he will be coming back with her next week. I have booked to take him home in November so will go regardless. Stressful!
Food today:
B - apple, satsuma, !kea small veggie breakfast - S, 7.5
L - hi fi bar, mini toblerone (stress related!) - 1/2 fibre, 2
D - spinach and mushroom omelette, tomatoes, cucumber - S, P
Calcium - 350ml skimmed milk
Calcium #2 - 3 x mini babybel light
1/2 Fibre - hi fi bar

Well done on your 1lb @Coxy11 .👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Sounds like the re-launch was a success but I quite understand why you didn't stay.
Hope your dad recovers quickly.🤗
Ikea is very reasonable for food and much of it is quite healthy too. We often had lunch there when the builders were in as we were picking things up anyway and it kept us out of the way.
I'm calling my lunch pasta bake but it was something I concocted from LOs from last night's pasta dish with some extra mushrooms and then put under the grill with some grated cheese. Very nice it was too!😋
I'm experimenting this week with a two day weekend instead of starting tonight. So no wine syns for me today but I may have some chocolate instead. I just want to try and shift the lbs that have hung around my stomach since my holiday. I'm very conscious of it and don't want to have to dress to cover it up.
I've done my meal plan and shop for the week. We've got no eating out planned so I should be able to stick to SW properly all week.
Happy Birthday when it comes @Coxy11. We've got heaps of September birthdays in our family, starting with DH on Monday week.

Evening all 😁
Well done Coxy, great for group with more members ! Hope your Dad is ok.
I finally have my MRI 👏 Saturday 10th Oct, apart from the only bloody weekend we are away! So i rang and told them, no problem, when would you like to come? I said you tell me she said when you back i said we come home 12th, ok 13th 8.05 am, yes that's fine. DH comes out the shower says did you manage to change it? I said yes 13th 8.05, he says you can't go then your taking car for MOT 🙈 i had completely forgot 🤣so had to ring them back AGAIN! Weds 14th 8.05 am she said, me yes and apologised for being dim 🤣 but if they have all these appointments why does it take so long? But in all honesty i can't wait as had the most awful nights sleep again last night!
Can't remember as well if i told you my BIL, they got all his tumour out, he had to go about his BP today, they did it there and was 106/? but his heart rate is still very low 40 😱 She couldn't believe it and fetched someone else, so then had ECG , has to have BP monitor on for 24 hrs and as he left she said you will more than likely be having a pacemaker. Honestly if it's not one of use it's an other.
Well not holding out much hope at WI , i have been good but again not been loo since Tuesday 😢and have taken both things every night!
Food
Picky plate.
KFC and calcium choice

That's great news about your BIL and the tumour @bubbs and if a pacemaker will sort out his heart rate then that's the best way to go.
So pleased you got your MRI sorted eventually. 🤣 Hope you can get to the bottom of what's causing you so much pain.
Good luck anyway for your WI tomorrow and you too @Jellybaby .🤞

Glad you’ve a date for the MRI @bubbs your poor BIL tho!
Dad has managed to pip my DSis off big time from his hospital bed. Poor DSis really needs the break. Why are parents such hard work?
