    Morning everyone,

That’s scary about your DSis @bubbs I hope she’s doing okay. Hope all goes well for BIL’s PET scan today x

    Enjoy the wedding @beanielou x

I went to the meal last night and had chicken schnitzel, fries and salad plus two diet cokes. Was lovely. Drive home was a bit fraught due to multiple diversions - was shattered when I got in. Food shopping today with Mum, plus DSis wants to go to Bee and Emm so we will have some lunch out.

    Food today:

    B - D@none light and free yoghurt*, banana - ??, free

    L - out - possibly Co$ta

D - chilli con carne with rice - free

    Calcium - milk

SWIPs - *is anyone able to check SWIPs for this please? TIA.

    @Coxy11 if it’s 115g pot then it’s 1 swip

Hope you’re all sitting down for this - 5 off at WI. I know! I can’t believe it either 🤣 I don’t even feel slimmer!

Anyhoo, food so far has been a sweet omelette with banana, strawberries, raspberries and yoghurt when I got back. Probably won’t have anything else until dinner which is still to be decided on. It’s a rare Saturday DS2 is here and he’s scuppering my planning 🤣 but will see what he fancies later.

Even although it’s very cold the sun is out so will do an hour or two tidying in the garden

Whoohoo @Jellybaby what a fantastic loss!! Many thanks for the SWIP value. TBH I'm not really a yoghurt-y person - I'll have it on cereal with fruit but don't tend to eat it just as it is. These ones are a bit tasteless but there's another 3 to eat so will need to get on with it!

That's not too bad considering you had a lovely week out @Suffolksue x

I had a toasted teacake in Co$ta with an Americano. Best of a bad bunch of choices. Did say to DSis that they never seem to change up their menu at all, so never have a healthier option.

Just about to go do some weeding as it's a lovely day here. Body Magic hurrah!

    Afternoon all 😁

WOWWEEEEEEEEEEEEEE Jelly, fab loss , very well done 👏👏👏

Sue, i will join you with the gain, no reason for me, half on, but still in bottom half of bubble target.

My friend also lost 5 and her daughter 4 this week.

We had district manager there this morning trying to recruit , until my friend pipes up (as she had been to one) you have to be within a range for your BMI, so they were going to let people go and waste a day to be told you are not eligible !! I don't think that is on personally.

    BMI is so outdated anyway.

My sister is feeling alot better thanks and BIL just got to wait for results now 🫰🫰

    Food today

egg wraps with sausage, cherry toms and watermelon 1 sv

Tea , pitta pizza, fibre and 1.5 calcium BNS chips and salad

    That's an amazing result @Jellybaby !@Jellybaby ! Absolutely delighted for you. 👏👏👏

Your little gain is inexplicable as usual @bubbs but at least you know where yours came from @Suffolksue . As you said, a bit of reining in and 🤞 for next week.

That's not on trying to recruit under false pretences @bubbs

It's been a glorious day here, got a line of washing done but sounds like it's been very different further north.

Hope your lunch was a reasonable choice @Coxy11 but not sure what Costa have to offer. 🤔

I had a lovely day in London yesterday. The Rameses exhibition is excellent. In the evening, we went to see Liaison Dangereuse. It was a very unusual production with Lesley Manville and Aiden (Poldark) Turner and a couple of others acting in the middle of a lot of choreography and moving sets. 🤔

It wasn't too bad SW wise. I had breakfast at home (porridge and fruit) then a Pret tuna salad for lunch. Before the theatre I had bruschetta and a very nice chicken, broccoli, mushroom and pancetta pasta. Some swips but definitely could have been worse. Wine swips fewer than a usual Friday. 👍

    Today's plan -

B fry up (P, F), toast (fibre), milk (calcium)

    L- JP with tuna and salad (P, S, F)

D- Fake KFC (P), SW chips (F), broccoli, asparagus, mushrooms and tomatoes (S)

Swips - LTL mayo 1, weekend wine
