Afternoon all,
@bubbs DS2 has just renewed his car insurance and he went through his renewal price with a fine toothcomb, ended up speaking to them and managed to save £70 😁
Didnt manage to post yesterday. Went to a family funeral and ended up there most of the day and taxi-ing older relatives home. Thought it would be a beige buffet but was actually a sit down three course lunch! I had prawn cocktail, fish and chips then a small piece of lemon meringue pie 😀
Wasn’t hungry when I got up but just demolished a veggie omelette with pickles. It’s steak for dinner with chips and loads of roasted veggies.

Does that mean you're within target range @beanielou ?🤔
Weird day here. One minute it's gorgeous sunshine and the next it's hailstones. ☹️
You're so right about insurance @bubbs . I've had silly renewal quotes from both car and travel this year and soon I'll be looking for home & contents. LV have been competitive so far.
Didn't get to post yesterday but had a few syns. Crunchie at the football and then a well deserved celebration glass of wine when we got home. 😁
Today's plan -
B- porridge (fibre), milk (calcium), banana (F), blueberries (S)
L- Spanish omelette and salad (P, S, F)
D-Austrian ham hash with broccoli and cauliflower (P, S, F)
Swips - none planned 🤞

Sorry to hear about DH @bubbs 😢 Sending hugs xx
DDad was discharged yesterday - possibility he may not be able to travel to the UK as planned (due here 4 June) which means we will have to attend all the events we’ve booked for him…! Will know more in two weeks when he has a CT scan.
Food mixed here - a good breakfast, lunch and dinner but some snacking. Had an impromptu theatre trip this evening as friend of DSis was ill - Here and Now (Steps musical) was good fun and very uplifting.Well done to your team @maman 🥳 Please send positive vibes my teams way!!
