Morning,
DH left at 4am to drive stock to Bournemouth with work. I barely slept before that point as was worried he wouldn’t wake up! Then DS2 and DD got in from the airport at 4:30am so I reckon I’ve had 3 hours sleep tops. We have the fitted bedroom furniture arriving this morning. Company said ‘first thing’ so BIL was here at 8am - we are still waiting! 😳😳
So after yesterdays recipe faux pas I’ve double checked tonight’s dinner and am happy to report it’s still only 1 SWIP per portion 🙌🏻
Food today:
B - malted wheats, apple yog, blueberries - Fibre, 0.5, S
L - JP, tuna, LTL mayo, saladings and pickles- 1.5, S
D - sticky pork stir fry (Take 5 book) - 1
Calcium - milk
Calcium #2 - 3 Mini baby bel light
SWIPs - hi fi bar 3 plus 3 = 6 total

Morning all, definitely a couple of degrees warmer today, was cloudy first thing but brilliant blue skies now. Had to go shopping this morning as needed loo rolls - definitely don't want to run out of those!
Looking forward to getting my bandages off tomorrow so probably won't get on here until the afternoon, as also have an appointment lunch timeish for electrical tests on my left hand as I've been having tingling and numbness on and off for years but it's got much more frequent over the last year or so.
Today's plan:
B - scrambled eggs, toast - Fibre; P
L - bacon & mushroom sandwich - Fibre; P; S; 1.5
D - LO chana masala, rice, mango chutney - P; S: F; 3Have a good day everyone.

Ouch to the cost of the exhaust @bubbs, but what isn't expensive these days.☹️
Good idea to get your other hand checked out @joedenise . You don't want that one playing up too.
Hope the wardrobes have now arrived @Coxy11 . You're right about needing to check swips for old recipes. Fortunately, most of mine use ingredients that are unlikely to change but I will ask you kind people with access to the app if I'm not sure. TIA.🤗
I've still got a small portion of (veg packed) savoury rice to use up and don't fancy another salad so I'll have it on it's own and add a portion of soup to fill me up.
Today's plan-
B- bacon, eggs, baked beans, toast (P,F, fibre), milk for drinks (calcium)
L- savoury rice (F,S), lentil soup (P,S)
D- gammon (P), SW chips (F), roast veg (S)
Swips- possible square of chocolate0 -
Evening all 😁
Hope tomorrow goes ok Denise.
I have Orthotics tomorrow .
Maman i know that was only the back box! not a whole exhaust.
Coxy oyster sauce changed last year 😪i use it alot in my fakeaway chinese.
Really hot here, Thursday and Friday is forecast 36 😫😫😫
Food today
Lunch half fibre and calcium
Tea, 1 sv for sweet chilli sauce

Yes @bubbs I reckon that's the issue with that old recipe then!
Lovely sticky pork stir fry tonight with mushrooms (shitake and chestnut) plus spring onions and teriyaki sauce. I had a packet of Veetee sticky rice in the cupboard so that went 4 ways instead of 2 as everyone in this house is trying to limit carbs!
Wardrobes - bit of a saga - delivery driver rocked up at 10.45am (first thing my bottom) with no apology and then BIL realised that there was no instructions for how to make up the cabinets. We rang the showroom and were told there's a brochure so I had to schlep it over the other side of town to fetch it. BIL spent all morning just sitting around at my expense - not happy. Gave the showroom feedback!! Planner said we could raise the legs of the cupboards to avoid a gap of 1" at the ceiling and supplied extra tall plinths, only the legs don't go up that far, so now need to have a 1" of plasterboard filler. Couldn't make it up. DH now off until 2nd September so he can deal/help with BIL and all the work!
I have an interview for a volunteering position in town next Monday. Need to keep busy or I'll go crazy.
