Morning all, it's lovely and sunny this morning so more washing will be done and out on the line. Not as much wind as yesterday so probably just 2 loads again as probably won't be able to get more on the whirligig! Will do an extra load just in case and can just leave it in the basket until tomorrow to hang out first thing.
I weighed this morning and am pleased to say I didn't put on anywhere near as much as usual - just 3.7lb! With a bit of luck I can shift that in the next few weeks. We were supposed to be going to France in the motorhome mid June but DH now has an appointment on 2 June for a pre op for his cornea transplant so don't think that's going to happen. The trip is booked with Eurotunnel so hopefully we can change it to a bit later in the year (as long as it doesn't clash with the other holidays we've got booked!).
No idea how but DH hasn't put on anything - I'd have expected him to put on more than me as he often drank beer which is definitely very high swips!!!!
DH also uses one of those tablet boxes but his are only morning and evening so not as complicated as your DH's tablet regime @bubbs. He fills it himself and doesn't have a problem with it fortunately. Personally it seems more work to me - I just get out the tablets morning and evening as I need them and don't find it a problem at all!
I didn't have the mango chutney in the end yesterday as much have used up the jar before we went on holiday and not replaced it so that it now on the list for next time I go shopping! A curry just isn't the same without it anymore!
Good luck with deciding what to do about a new car @jellybaby. I'm hoping our car will last a few years longer yet although it's 10 years old now. Will be thinking about a hybrid or electric at that time probably. All electric will probably be OK by the time we get to that point as don't do many long journeys and the infrastructure seems to be getting better as time goes on.
Have seen the news that your team have been chucked out @maman. I'm sure they're not the first time teams have "spied" on other teams training and won't be the last. What will you do about the Wembley tickets as I assume you won't want to be going now?
Today's plan:
B - scrambled eggs, spinach, toast - Fibre, P; S
L - stuffed peppers - Calcium; S; F
D - sweet chilli stir fry with chicken - P; S; F; 4.5Calcium - milk; cheese
Fibre - bread
Swips - sweet chilli sauce 4.5Have a good day everyone.

Morning all and welcome back @joedenise Glad you had a good time and that’s not too bad a gain.
I STS this week. Was working Monday then ILs came yesterday, then we were at the theatre seeing Operation Mincemeat - very good. Was wide awake at 4am - not sure what that’s about but have work again today 🥱Sympathies to you @maman re: your team - very harsh a punishment imho. Came out of the theatre to my teams news - all to play for (literally) on Sunday 😱
Hope your DH settles into his meds routine @bubbs - not easy for him or you xx
Food today:
B - mushroom omelette - P, S
L - WM cheese roll, apple - Fibre, Calcium, S
D - HM AF chicken tenders, salad - P, S, 6
Calcium - milk
SWIPs - 6

Morning all,
I like reading about your meal planning @joedenise you’re always very organised.
@Coxy11 well done on the STS, you’re having a busy time.
@beanielou re the car, I’ve got a Qashqai and love it but it’s really too big just for me now and the mileage I do. As much as I’d love another I really can’t justify the cost so was thinking something a lot smaller for city type driving ie a Swift, Yaris or similar. Going to speak to the mechanic I know for his advice later amd take it from there.
Dinner was way over swips last night thanks to my mother! She cleaned her fridge and instead of binning food I took it. We ended up with chicken en croute, roasted potatoes, veg and lemon cheesecake courtesy of M&S 🙈🤣. I really need to make room in the freezers!
Going to salsa and will report back later with today’s food.0
