Afternoon all 😁
He took me off naproxen because i have a hiatus hernia and take lansoprazole, but she said as long as i am getting no symptoms from taking them i can still take them, if i start getting pain from it then i need to stop.
She was going to speak to the surgery regarding appointments they are sending wrongly.
Maman you are lucky getting appointments like that, honestly you walk in out doctors and mainly it's full with people that cannot speak English and have translate on their phones, but just riles me they can go to the desk and get an appointment when we can't!
Denise, i have seen so many complaints about the other surgery so might be a case out of the pan into the fire.
Anyway i lost half today 😁 it was a maintain then they dropped, i'll take that, back in bottom half of bubble comfortably .

Why do they have to have these deals when I'm off on holiday! I bought strawberries when I went shopping the other day at 99p in Morrisons they didn't have the bogoff then!
Well done on your STS @Jellybaby and your 0.5lb loss @bubbs. Anything is better than a gain.

Well I danced a jig all the way home from the meeting this morning 🤸♀️ despite the buffet last sunday (2 helpings plus 3 desserts!) I lost 1 and a half pounds 😁 I know some people say exercise just tones not helps lose weight, but I have got back in the 2 5k runs a week this week
today we are having tagine with giant cous cous and asparagus and cod, out of the fakeaway book I think. I haven’t had chance to catch up on Aprils posts. Well done to the losers and the rest of us keep plodding (in Beanies fab Scottish accent of course 😜😂👍)
I’ve had a lovely time at dds, looked at bungalows and been out and about with the family. I ate whatever I wanted.
I came home and took the batteries out of my scale and re inserted them as they’ve been giving me the same weight for a good while. I have put 1 lb on but not sure if that’s with the Easter scoffing or just the scales sorting themselves out. Think I’ll take them out before every weigh in.
So I’m 3 lb away from the stone I want to get to for my interim target. I have been focused since I came home so fingers crossed for next week.
