Vida was my intermediary transfer from T212 to get the funds into Monument, but Vida interest rate is now higher so I’m just going to leave them there for now. At least I’ve been through the pain of getting them out of T2122

Interest rates on Easy Access ISAs appear to be dropping everywhere. Is it time to start fixing?Archerychick said:Vida was my intermediary transfer from T212 to get the funds into Monument, but Vida interest rate is now higher so I’m just going to leave them there for now. Yes I think it is, if you can. Unfortunately I need access to my money in the next six monthsRunsFromRobots said:

Nightmare with 212 here. Sent a paper form to Santander to get my 212 ISA switched Santander to them.
Santander has confirmed the request has been sent to 212. 212 say they can't find any such request.
Worse they take 48hrs to respond to anything related to ISA transfers via their chat. It always has be be referred to a 'ISA transfer expert' who then says sorry can't find the request. Contact Santander. If it wasn't an ISA I would just withdraw my money.0 -

Could you please advise which email it should go to so I can also send that to Vida - I have just chased them myself and they've said they've been asked to re-submit the form by T212....makes you wonder if they've done the same thing, thank youAidanmc said:Clive1954 said:Nightmare with 212 here. Exactly the same issue for me, but I don't have the time or patience to chase this up with Santander or T212. I didn't intend using my ISA allowance this year but I'm tempted to just pull 20 thou out from T212 and put it into the Santander ISA myself and the rest can go into my savings account and I won't use T212 again.Clive1954 said:Nightmare with 212 here. But I will also add Santander don't help the situation still using paper postal applications in this digital age.1 -
As annoying as it is, I wouldn't do it. It's only you being disadvantaged and they will frankly don't give a *****. Swallow the pill, chase up the process, raise complaints and get over with it but I wouldn't give up allowances from previous years.BigBear68 said:
