When I look in my Settings->My account->Account details I have a single "Customer ID" but I've got 3 account IDs: "Invest account ID", "ISA account ID" and "Cash ISA account ID". Given that I've got 2 ISAs with them you'd think they'd want the relevant "Account ID" rather than the "Customer ID". Mind you I've never transferred out.

It's the account number that is required - ie the 'Cash ISA Account ID'.

Anyone know which ISA companies accept digital transfer requests from T212, I have recently tried a postal request which seems to have failed and I don't have the patience to print off and fill out anymore.

Which ISA provider were you trying to transfer to, using postal service?
Trading 212 usually look for a signed form for transfers out to another provider, these can usually be printed out, signed, scanned and emailed to the new provider who will in turn forward it to T212.
I've been having a bit of a nightmare trying to transfer to Vida from T212, but for others it  seem to work out fine.

T212 to Chip gone really smoothly. Applied on Wed just had the in app documents to sign and all funds have left my T212 account just waiting on it to arrive in to the Chip account

    Oohh.. bodes well.
I had a fairly quick transfer out from T212 to Moneybox.
Now have to use T212 again as intermediary as I cannot transfer from Monument to Chip 😭
Monument to T212: 30th in a queue with up to 30 days 😭 The plan is then to move from T212 to Chip.
    What a malarkey.

I transferred to Tembo. All digital but took an unduly long time. I don’t know who is the slow party, am tempted to think both could improve a lot

Santander, they don't offer T212 as a digital transfer so following their instructions you have to print off forms, fill in then post off to them to initiate a transfer,I did this 14 days ago and heard nothing from either company.Someome posted yesterday they had big problems with Santander denying they received any paperwork.None of this becomes clear until you open an ISA with Santander so I'm looking for an easier option to transfer to someone with a better rate without doing paperwork.

So far it looks like Chip, Moneybox and Tembo are my options.
