Trading 212 Cash ISA - Impossible to transfer ISA out!

Thought I'd leave a data point for Trading212 -> Chip ISA transfer:

Thursday 5th June: Opened Chip ISA and started Transfer Request (17:15)
Friday 6th June: Trading212 notification to complete Transfer Request form in app (11:00).  Completed and funds left T212 ISA immediately
Monday 9th June: Email from Chip stating transfer complete, funds showing in Chip ISA (18:00)

Essentially 2 working days.  Pretty impressed, especially reading the experiences of others with both providers.  Maybe I've just been lucky!

Just to add my 2p

Opened Vida account 21st May, T212 have just confirmed today the transfer and the ISA money is en route to Vida - did take 1 extra attempt as they asked for Vida to re-send the form which is when I then jumped in with the handy email address already posted here to make sure it went to the right place (thank you!)

So essentially 3 weeks, just got to wait for it to land now!

Edited to add - it landed already and is showing in my account yay!

No problem transferring my cash isa from 212 to chip
Took 3 days 
I was told to use sort code 12-34-56 and the account number 
I did have to get the information from 212 regarding the sort code, but their response was almost instantly

I opened a Moneybox ISA on Monday 21/07/2025 and started the request to transfer straight away, on Tuesday 22/07/2025 it was all transferred, no problem at all

Transfer was rejected by Trading 212. Because they are very slow to do this and it’s postal only this is already nearly a month without having managed to act on the transfer. Now the clock starts again. 

I’ve also had a successful transfer out but that also took two weeks of nothing happening. It’s a ridiculous arcane system that needs to be phased out.

Just transferred out of trading 212 to Paragon. Had to send form back to Paragon but ISA transfer was completed within 7 days of the date they would have received the form from me. Transfer from CMC also took exactly the same time so no delays.

Hi, are these still the only providers that allow digital transfers from T212? I tried Charter Bank but they do it by post.

What exactly do you mean?

There are ISA providers that allow you to sign a transfer form in app, which can speed up the process.

There's also providers who require you to sign a paper form, but then can send that across digitally to the new provider. That means you can transfer to a provider like Moneybox but the first step might take around a week.

Then there's ones who will post off a paper form, and then providers like Moneybox won't accept transfers from them.
