Anyone else transferring an ISA from T212 to Vida been successful?
ISA transfer requested on 17th April, T212 say they never received it. Request re-sent on 7 May and again T212 claim to have not received.
After i contacted T212 multiple times, they ask me for Vida email address and that they would contact them. I thought this a bit strange, as normally the losing provider would not be doing any chasing.
Later said they contacted Vida but have had no response.

Yep same problem here. I had to give T213 my Vida account number for them to locate the form. They’re now claiming a problem with the form which I can’t see that there is. 🤦♀️0

May be I got off lightly there - - - I tried to put up a T212 transfer into Vida yesterday and couldn't find T212 on the Vida list. So I tried to download their transfer request form - - - which wasn't found on their server. I emailed them yesterday to ask whether they could send me the form. Still waiting for a response. I might not bother then. Hope you get your issues resolved.0

I don’t think it’s Vida that are the problem it’s T212. I need to get my funds out of there somehow so I’ll persist. T212 was in the list this afternoon still. I think it’s accessed through the new account application process, it then downloads the form for you to sign and email.0

Bit slower at responding to secure messages though. You could also send a secure message through online portal.Other than that, open another ISA and make a transfer request during the application process0

Just been in contact with Vida again today and it seems after all that Vida have been sending the ISA transfer request to the wrong T212 email address.Yesterday a Vida agent told me that the ISA transfer request was sent to T212 by postal service.Today another Vida agent told me it had been sent by email to isa.cash.transfers.in@trading212.com which didnt correspond to the isa.cash.transfers.out@trading212.com email which T212 gave me.1

I have decided to give up on a transfer to Vida at this stage. Their CS appears to be shockingly slow with answering written inquiries.0
