Transferred to Vida from YBS and Moneybox and have to say their (Vida) Customer Service reps are absolutely brilliant.
They answer the phone quickly and are polite and helpful which is not my experience with some other providers recently!
Vida CS also called us back with updates on the process when it became clear that YBS were mucking about as they do.
You just have to stick with it and keep trying, perseverance will win the day LOL.
I suspect that due to the length of time required to actually perform a transfer most of the providers are at their busiest time.0 -
Finally i think i'm getting somewhere with the transfer to Vida.T212 have received the transfer request and sent me a confirmation request to approve it,1

Still having issues with this transfer.T212 sent the funds to Vida this morning, next thing this afternoon i get email from Vida saying my recent deposit has been rejected as it didnt come from my nominated account!Was is going on i think!Call up Vida, who say it been rejected because T212 used wrong reference number!Now Vida are going to contact T212 and get them to resend it using the correct reference.0

Still havin issue with the transfer to Vida.36 days since i requested the transfer initially.T212 sent the transfer on 19th May, but seems they used incorrect ref number and used my Vida account number instead, this seems to have been automatically rejected by the system.My funds now are in some T212 holding account i believe, as not showing in my T212 cash isa account.Thats a week's interest lost already.0

Not meaning to rub it in, but just to give my experience:
I opened a Vida Easy Access ISA to be funded by a transfer in from my Trading 212 cash ISA on 15 May, filled in the transfer request form and emailed it back to Vida in the evening of the same day, received the confirmation request from T212 on the morning of 23 May and returned it immediately (after checking the Vida details on the form were right), and the funds were showing with Vida by the afternoon of 23 May.
The transfer process between the 2 seems to have got a lot slicker with practice? I don't know if it helped that it was a full transfer of previous years' money only. But it certainly worked fine for me.2 -

@MSE_Martin Please STOP recommending Vida. Its been over a week since I took your advice to put some of my ISA pot into a fixed rate Vida ISA and I have no idea where my money has gone. For me, its a lot of money! Vida say its T212 and T212 say they have transferred it. I don't know what to do!0
