Hmmm thats a bit concerning then as mine was a couple of days before (although was 16:31 on the 16th so really only a day earlier). Did you get the T212 notification via app or email?frosch411 said:I requested mine (to Moneybox) on the 18th, and yesterday (23rd), T212 sent a notification through to confirm the transfer.
Done that but it also stated it can take days on the other side.
Checked Moneybox this morning, nothing received in yet.0 -
First notification was through the app, but then spotted T212 had also sent this through via email.P1Fanatic said:

Just waiting now on the funds to be coming through to Moneybox.
I cannot remember if I had requested the transfer in-hours or outside business hours, but knowing there were PHs in between, I expected those to delay the process.0 -
Mine literally just came through (notification and transfer form to confirm and sign).frosch411 said:

It seems Monument are not accepting transfers from Trading 212 at the moment. As it was outside of office hours I dropped them an email but only got a stock answer. I might give them a call later after I finish work.1

18th was Good Frday a Bank Holiday. The 23rd was only actually the second working day after you made your request. No great surprise today the 24th nothing has been received. Takes 3 working days to process BACS payments once originatated. Then there's internal admin processess to be gone through at the reciving end.frosch411 said:I requested mine (to Moneybox) on the 18th, and yesterday (23rd), T212 sent a notification through to confirm the transfer.

Yeah, factoring in the PHs, I am prepared for additional delays though secretly hoping they can get their skates on to start accruing interest 😁 yet this time of the year, seems the workload of the new tax year is stretching human resources 😮💨Hoenir said:

Yes I've had to visit Nbs again this morning and sign another transfer using cash isa account id which quite ironically is shown on the 212 transfer out page. Will be posted today so fingers crossed this time it works. Thanksslinger2 said:
I was assuming that they'd use the Cash ISA Account ID as the reference.Isarulesaretoocomplex said:
And use Customer id as referenceslinger2 said:
The Cash ISA Account ID can be found at Settings -> My account -> Account detailsMidnight_Tboy said:Considering transferring to Moneyboy from my T212 cash ISA.
From my notes when creating my T212 account I have both a Customer ID and a Cash ISA Account ID number. When it comes to the switch, which of the 2 is it I'd need to give?
About to grab a coffee and read through the 11 pages of dry reading to catch up, so I'll edit my own post if I find an answer before anyone posted
edit : ok so its Cash ISA Account ID that is required0 -
This is correct, they’ve removed them and they claim some others, so that they can cope with the demand and complete the transfers in the 14 days. They haven’t given any indication when they might add them back in.RunsFromRobots said:It seems Monument are not accepting transfers from Trading 212 at the moment. Yep. And my money is showing in Moneybox already.frosch411 said:
