Trading 212 Cash ISA - Impossible to transfer ISA out!

    It seems Monument are not accepting transfers from Trading 212 at the moment. As it was outside of office hours I dropped them an email but only got a stock answer. I might give them a call later after I finish work.

    18th was Good Frday a Bank Holiday. The 23rd was only actually the second working day after you made your request. No great surprise today the 24th nothing has been received. Takes  3 working days to process BACS payments once originatated.  Then there's internal admin processess to be gone through at the reciving end.

    Yeah, factoring in the PHs, I am prepared for additional delays though secretly hoping they can get their skates on to start accruing interest 😁 yet this time of the year, seems the workload of the new tax year is stretching human resources 😮‍💨

    The Cash ISA Account ID can be found at Settings -> My account -> Account details
    And use Customer id as reference 
    I was assuming that they'd use the Cash ISA Account ID as the reference.
    Yes I've had to visit Nbs again this morning and sign another transfer using cash isa account id which quite ironically is shown on the 212 transfer out page. Will be posted today so fingers crossed this time it works. Thanks

    This is correct, they’ve removed them and they claim some others, so that they can cope with the demand and complete the transfers in the 14 days. They haven’t given any indication when they might add them back in. 

    So I’ve decided to transfer out to someone else and then into Monument, the only issue I have is I won’t meet the £10k with Monument until that’s complete - when I opened the account they were in the list 🤦‍♀️
