Trading 212 Cash ISA - Impossible to transfer ISA out!

So 212 are reducing their cash isa to 4.35 as of May 1st. The 3rd reduction I've had since opening it at 5 17. It's hard to understand that they've reduced it without a bank of England reduction which is being looked at inMay. I'd be very careful of these co.panies offering these bonus rates. I'd had issues trying to transfer out from them with ford money.
I've opened a fixed rate with Newcastle building society and they've issued a paper transfer to them as of 9th April hopefully no more issues and it's transferred within 15 days.
Oddly enough they are topping the charts with their cash isa here on mse. Food for thought maybe.0 -

When I attempted to transfer FROM Trading212 to Moneybox, it started on 26 March and still hasn't completed.
Apparently Trading 212 have now sent the money but say it could take up to 3 days...
Apparently they have 15 days to transfer but surely they're taking the mikey here.
The 3 month bonus on the Moneybox account now becomes a 2.5(or less) month bonus
And surely when/if I query it, each provider will blame the other one......0 -
Just installed the Monument app to set up a transfer from Trading 212. I can't see them on the list.

unclebatman said:Like many others, I'm looking to go down the fixed rate route and transfer out of Trading 212, and into Lloyds.
I'm being told that as T212 don't trade digitally (!!!!!!?) I must have a form posted to me (3-5 business days) for me to post back (3-5 business days) for Lloyds to then post to T212 (another 3-5 business days)
So, assuming Royal Mail don't !!!!!! things up, I'm looking at the end of April before T212 even receive a ink completed and physically signed piece of paper to commence my transfer.
I've reminded Lloyds that it's the year 2025 but they're adamant this is the most efficient way!!!?
Surely, SURELY there has to be a better way? Anyone? It seems Trading 212 do require a signed ISA transfer form.Any signed forms i sent were able to be scanned and emailed (to the new provider)0 -
The use of email addresses with no mention of signatures shown here suggests signed transfer forms are not a requirement.
I wish this thread title would be edited. It's clearly not 'impossible' to transfer out - has anyone actually had anything remotely like an impossible transfer?0 -
I don't think anyone is saying it's impossible rather they seem to make it as difficult and confusing as possible to transfer out. Il update if and when my transfer to NBS occurs see if that helps.0
