Tried to transfer out a few months back, but had trouble finding anywhere that accepted online transfers from them. Ended up withdrawing and depositing manually (yes I know... I wasn't anywhere close to using up my £20k allowance in the tax year).
Aside from the transferring out issue, I've never had any problems with Trading 212, and I like the fact that their ISA is flexible. They've dropped the interest rate by a huge chunk since I opened the account though, so might be looking to move soon.0 -
Just contacted 212, and they claim to have no record of an ISA transfer request form sent to them from Vida savings on 17 April!!1

Failing that, I max’d ISA last year and have only contributed a few thousand this tax year. If I withdraw the lot and put in Chase I now have at 4.8% for 6 months. How much can I put into the Monument ISA this year?Did you put your 212 ISA account number in the roll/reference box then?0 -
Update on mine...opened new fixed rate isa with NBS @4.3 so presently only .5% less than 212 variable( and that's without the 8th May bank rate decision. Took around 2 weeks but had to factor in the Easter bank holiday so probably around 8 business days as it was transferred the 28 April after NBS posting it on the 10th. T212 now show your cash isa account number when you go to transfer but wasn't shown when I asked for my transfer.
Similar to another post the interest rate since I opened mine has dropped quite a bit since November starting at 5.17.
I'm happy with both renewals from Cynergy and Oak north at the beginning of April offering good rates above what I can now find.
I've one easy access with Ford money which are easy to deal cash in and out being flexible.0 -

Wife and I started a transfer from T212 to Gatehouse Bank on the 16th of April.
Up until yesterday T212 were claiming they hadn't received any transfer request despite it being sent via post AND email.
Yesterday T212 sent my wife an email saying they had received the request and could she verify it etc.
My transfer has been received also by T212 (notified via their messaging system) so just waiting for the verification request from T212, I shan't hold my breath.
Seems crazy in this day and age of instant transfers this should take just shy of THREE WEEKS, perhaps I need to manage my expectations a bit more vigorously1 -
