Octopus saving sessions

They clearly have a widespread issue in calculating the baseline amounts, and cannot therefore calculate how much usage was shifted and award points accordingly. One would hope they can fix whatever is causing the issue (it was working, now it's broken), and can then rerun their calculations to correctly award points for those sessions. Either that or Octopus have a lot of annoyed customers.

I had a session booked for tomorrow (20th), but my one from last Sunday (13th) is still "Calculating…" and showing a full price on my daily use.

My saving session from the 15th is showing ghosted/Missing ("we weren't able to get readings from your meter during this session"); now, this is the time of my schedule forced export, so I could understand if it said I didn't shift power and gave me a thumbs-down, but the data can't be "Missing" as my "My Energy" is showing energy exported for those two half-hour slots.

So I can't track my daily/weekly/monthly usage and I've no idea whether or how my happy hour's usage is going to be credited or whether I'll find at the end of the month it's been charged at the daily rate.

As a result I've cancelled tomorrow's happy hour; I'll see if it sorts itself out over the next week or so and what appears in my bill, but right now it doesn't seem to be working.

I'll still register for the "Power down" sessions, in case the issues are resolved, but right now I don't have confidence.

The credit for free power normally takes about 10 days , cf solar eclipse session, at least it was for me.

But as for savings sessions something has changed , who knows.

Can you point me at where it says 10 days, please?
I see 3 days for the power-downs, but didn't see 10 anywhere.

I guess my rule is going to be don't do a session within 10 days of the end of the month (if you want your numbers to align).

That might not leave you many weekends to use them in, if you have a lot.

The email I got the other day suggesting I sign up for a happy hour says we'll be credited 'within 14 days'.

I've just got one happy hour at the moment (the one I was going to use today) plus one power-down ghosted (except my half-hourly graphs show data) and one pending, so I've not got a stack of them pending.

Also, the power down sessions tend to fall within the time I'm bulk-exporting anyway (4-7pm), so it can be difficult to improve on that.
