Ye- I have posted about mine earlier it's a right dogs breakfast, at one time my baseline for 14/9 was compared with 4/8 and 31/7 🤷🏻. I have nul points for the 14-15/9 but I actually "saved" more than the 2 previous ones. Not happy …… Octopus are only paying out 46% of what they receive and now it seems paying pennies is too much for them.

Yes, same here and widely reported by others.

I think you've hit the nail on the head - it looks like an API / back end issue which is failing to calculate the baseline usage, and without the baseline usage they cannot calculate if you have used less or how much less even though your half hourly smart meter data is all there. So it just shows as missing.

Hopefully they will be able to fix whatever is causing the issue, and recalculate the affected sessions once things are working again.

On a related note, Octopus seem to be having a few issues with their API lately. Those with a Tesla Powerwall battery who are on the Flux tariff and allowed their Powerwall to automatically pull their Octopus tariff rates in using the Octopus API found found that suddenly their battery had pulled in the Agile rates for import and export instead of the Flux rates, which caused chaos as the battery was charging and exporting all over the place, often at peak rates. This again looked like an Octopus mess up. Not sure if that has been resolved yet, but there were loads of posts about it on Powerwall groups last week.

Not so, they can use the same baseline as last week, + 1 one this week they didn't bid for

Oh no session tonight my battery is still exporting , every day the have session they stop it at 1853 ….

EDIT Spoke to soon they just stopped it at 1858 I don't know why since they have set the timer to 1900

They are also causing issues for people who signed up to the Charge Pack add-on for controlling batteries. Not charging fully overnight, discharging during free hours, discharging house battery into the car, not tracking payments etc.

Just randomly checked my Octopus account and noticed a session for 6-7PM tonight but not sure if I want to export as the data still looks like such a mess so they may say I didn't save any.

Monday 21/9 1800-1900 not zones 1,2 75points as @redzhell says not sure why I should. They are force exporting battery as it is this lunch time and it's only 50% full

I’ve decided to participate this evening as it will ‘even me out’ for happy hours. Am still waiting on 16/11 result but can easily imagine what it will be. Have complained to octopus CS.

I'm in again. Have got 2 HH to use up so far, waiting for enough to be washed / dishwashed. Good idea from another poster to locate the hoover behind layers of dust too!!
