Disappointing, I'm ghosted on the 15th too but data is all there. Imagine being ghosted on a day you use a free hour....
I've emailed a complaint.

Another one ghosted but it does say they'll 'award the average octopoints earned in that session based on the assumption that you got invoved'. Not sure if that means your individual average or the average of everyone who signed up (could be interesting if they haven't managed to collect anyone's data!

I have 0 points for the 14th and 15th now, which does not surprise me, but they are probably going to say they can choose any time in the last 60 days for their calculations of your baseline , so how we can know what our baseline is a total mystery. Notwithstanding the fact that they are paying less than 50% of what they are claiming too, I hope it is just a software glitch (ok I know it could be 🤣).

Did they say , and have you looked on the app ? I know mine are on the app for 1800 and 1830 and match what I have measured .

I can see my usage on the app but clicking on the ghost it just says they couldn't get my meter readings.
Although they do say the average will be paid. Zero points for the 14/15 showing so far.

My free hour on 13/09 still calculating despite seeing data in app.Clearly Octopus’ left arm doesn’t know what the right arm is doing… or rather the 4 left arms don’t know what the 4 right arms are doing 🐙
