    same - well for 15/09 anyway - I’ve got a thumbs down but like you I can demonstrate my export during both half hours of the session. Sent my complaint across to CS and chased today.

    I'm sure I had data for 14th & 15th September yesterday, although one seemed quite low, but I've now got the ghost Missing symbol for both those dates. We were on holiday and exporting then so we have to have been using less than baseline.

    Not sure if they have fixed the issue, or starting to fix it.

    I was previously showing as missing for the 14th and 15th - they have now calculated correctly and I have the appropriate number of Octopoints awarded for those two sessions. The subsequent 4 sessions still show as calculating, but I guess there may be a backlog. Anyway, looks positive.

    I have also checked the Streamlit site, and they are still showing data as missing (none). Will check that later to see if the correct data populates again.

    My octopoints history some for 14th 15th but my sessions show 0 and calculating ???
