    My sister had a shower during that hour … a very quick one, but still that'll be a huge increase relative to our usual baseline. <sigh>

    Octopus replied to my ticket:

    We have noticed a slight delay in receiving some data from the 15th, which is why it may be showing as ghosted or no readings for that date. Please be assured that this is being looked into, and we are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

    I'm in for tonight.

    Checking my history I've got a "thumbs down" for the 14th and zero saving recorded, but the My Energy charts show I was exporting hard from 1800-1900 that evening. I've emailed CS to enquire.

    We had a couple of weeks abroad so banked quite a few sessions exporting from the battery whilst away. Used our first happy hour this week to fire up the immersion heater for an hour as we were coming home on Sunday, and recharge the battery after exporting from the previous hour. I do find technology amazing that you can control all this stuff from hundreds/thousands of miles away.

    I'm showing as missing for the 14th and 15th, and the 3 subsequent sessions (16th, 17th & 21st) still show as calculating (maybe they've paused further calculation until the issue is fixed?).

    I'm sitting tight for now, on the assumption Octopus must know there's an issue and are working to fix it. I'll see how it plays out and email them if the situation doesn't resolve itself. Like you, my half hourly data shows I was exporting in the saving hour so I know I will qualify (I'm as concerned about getting the missing Octopoints credited otherwise I've exported at 12p and bought back at 15p plus conversion losses)

    I appreciate others contacting Octopus though, and updating here with their progress.

    Ditto I feel they have .. upped (insert your own qualifier) . Checking on streamlit it looks weird, Its only pence plus a few pence in the free hour but the free hour makes me do washing regularly, and use the oven to do my sunday roast.

    I only wish they'd start the freebie at 0800 before the sun get high.
