Not true the first 2 digits are your DNO , and they are in the range 10-23

Have you looked at your online account? Where are you in the map?/ country .If you are in 10 (purple on the map) you should
have a session

Yes, I've looked in my online account, where I usually find it, and the app, where I never have before, although I have had a few app notifications recently (not today though)

Just up the road from me in Essex so you are in 11 Eastern England, your MPAN should show 10 then for UK Power Networks.
There shouldn't be one for 11 but I got a surprise email, and I got notifications on Android and iPad apps. I think it may be a mistake for me but I will take it , look below at the DFS Requirements and it clearly say Z11 0, (as does Z1-5)

My ghosted one of the 11th registered after a few more days; only 0.21kWh and 16 points though.
My subsequent sessions were 3.42kWh/248 octapoints on the 15th and 3.41kWh/232 octapoints on the 17th though.
And two more (22nd & 24th) are "Calculating…".
However, my happy hour of the 13th is still showing "Calculating…".

Sessions for the 16th and 17th have calculated correctly and have been awarded for me, but the data of Streamlit is still messed up/missing.
I've booked two hours in for Sunday as solar is looking poor.
