Sorry again OP but I can not let this pass
"Having a CCJ on your report will significantly lower your credit score. Your credit information is checked by lenders when you apply for credit, and a CCJ can negatively affect your ability to get a loan, credit card or even a bank account. Employers and letting agents may also check your credit report – and therefore see your CCJ – before they hire you or let you rent property." direct quote from Experian
To quote a few cases where people do not specifically detail this effect is misleading, and IMHO potentially dangerous. I think the Experian quote says it allThe pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.2 -

They will check your time at your address / bank / employer / salary etc and will look at any CCJs you have.....if they are for mortgage/loan/credit card default you can probably kiss your application goodbye, on the other hand if its a CCJ for a parking invoice you will not be refused1 -
You are correct that financial institutions etc. will pay no heed to a credit score. They will however check your credit report (which will use data sourced from one or more credit reference agencies, like Experian), and are unlikely to delve into the reasons for a CCJ being there on the report - the fact it's there at all is a warning flag for them.Jenni x3

( meaning both methods were paid for and enforced )the CCJ wrecks your credit rating regardless of the reasons behind it, for 6 years in England and Wales !plus we have plenty of example discussions on here started by people who cannot get credit or a mortgage due to a CCJ on their record, we get asked about how to deal with a CCJ causing credit clamping every week on this forumhttps://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6289312/ccj-parking-eye-county-court-business-centre
There has not been a single episode of a bailiff tv program chasing a private parking company ticket......plenty of council/police tickets but no cowboysI have definitely seen at least one !! so you are definitely incorrect therethere has been one in Manchester and one in London chased by DCB , even mentioned on their website , one in Wales toodcbl series 5episode 4 £1600 , Ep 6 £2300 , Ep 12 £2500 , Ep 19 £1500 , Ep34 £1700 , Ep 35 , Cardiff , £2500 , Ep 40 Wolverhampton £2000it doesnt tell you who the claimant is on Wiki summary, but some or all of them were private parking companies0 -

You have a serious issue which needs your attention. With a Claim Issue Date of 8th November, you have until Monday 29th November to file an Acknowledgment of Service but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.To file an AoS, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Having filed an AoS in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 13th December 2021 to file your Defence. That's over four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service instructions.Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.
Of course everywhere I have written 'you' or 'your' I mean the named Defendant.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.4 -

All is explained in the Template Defence thread and the NEWBIES thread too, in the section about knowing what happens when, that includes a link to a Court Procedures thread by @bargepolePRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
