totally confused County court business centre

Ok, have re-read some of the newbies section ans i think it is becoming a little clearer.   Have started a draft of her defense letter and my witness statement.    will do the AoS on Monday via  Mcol. Will also send  the SAR to Parkingeye via their web page as suggested.

Sadly, you are wrong.  They can and do.  They can get a CCJ and can enforce it like any other claimant.

I would love somebody to post a link stating if you get a ccj from private parking company that they can force you to pay debt as they cant use bailiffs

I have and it is making more sense now.  But if you feel I need to do something other than stated in my last post or that I am about to do something wrong I would be grateful if you could tell me what it is.  Thanks in advance.

Please all bear in mind that @grandadgolfer is not the OP of this thread.  

@D_P_Dance if your tenant got away with it then it means you mustn't have pursued the enforcement route.

But still no mention of bailiffs chasing a CCJ issued regarding a private parking invoice....plenty about recovering CCJ for defaulting on loan/mortgage/council car par fine etc and getting refund from private parking companies for invoice paid.
