Ok, have re-read some of the newbies section ans i think it is becoming a little clearer. Have started a draft of her defense letter and my witness statement. will do the AoS on Monday via Mcol. Will also send the SAR to Parkingeye via their web page as suggested.2

@D_P_Dance if your tenant got away with it then it means you mustn't have pursued the enforcement route.

But still no mention of bailiffs chasing a CCJ issued regarding a private parking invoice....plenty about recovering CCJ for defaulting on loan/mortgage/council car par fine etc and getting refund from private parking companies for invoice paid.Redx said:
