Does that matter? A CCJ is a CCJ and it is up to the claimant to enforce the judgment if the defendant doesn't pay voluntarily. If a PPC chooses not to do so then that's their issue, not the system's, so finding evidence of a PPC having done so is entirely irrelevant - if they wanted to they could. 🙄Jenni x2

I agree, its pedantic and obtuse to say that just because we cannot find a link doesnt mean it doesnt happen , its like saying you dont believe in moonrock because you have never been to the moon ( or as Alexander would say , its Pointless )a CCJ is a CCJ and a warrant of control has to be paid for by the claimant , even if its not successful, so whether the parking companies choose to enforce or not is irrelevant, the justice system is setup for them to do so ( the door is open, but they would have to pay and go through it ) , plus you are sidetracking this thread just to try to prove a point, which is bad manners and impolite ( start your own discussion about it if you want to, it costs nothing to do so )you should try legal beagles or CAG or contach bailiffadviceonline if you really want to know if one or more parking company has chased up a CCJ, or not2

All I'm saying is people on MSE make a big deal about private parking companies CCJ wrecking your credit rating but I suspect banks/loan companies take no notice of a CCJ issued by a cowboy company, and I've yet to see/hear of anybody having a bailiff knock on door for a cowboy CCJ0

( meaning both methods were paid for and enforced )the CCJ wrecks your credit rating regardless of the reasons behind it, for 6 years in England and Wales !plus we have plenty of example discussions on here started by people who cannot get credit or a mortgage due to a CCJ on their record, we get asked about how to deal with a CCJ causing credit clamping every week on this forumhttps://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6289312/ccj-parking-eye-county-court-business-centre
