    Thanks for that we have been waiting for the DQ to come through the post did not realise you had to access it through Mcol.
    It will come through the post, but the fact that it has been sent (by post) will, or should, be recorded in your MCOL Claim History.
  • Just sent the N180  back to the court and a copy to parkingeye at the email they specified on their n180.  Just waiting now to submit a witness statement from myself to support my wifes account of the what the reason was for the overstay in the car park ( puncture and subsequent repair).
