Should I speak to the PPC to authorise the local MP to speak to them?
It will have to be in writing. They won't take any instructions over the phone. All they will take from you over the phone are your credit card details!

Never ring a PPC but of course you can email a complaint and tell them to speak to your MP.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I also got this reply after another complaint to the landowner.

I don't have the original email sent to the PPC cancelling the ticket, just the correspondences with the estate manager who told me he will get them cancelled.
I've requested a copy of the email the Landowner sent to the PPC.

Note the last paragraph "CCPC (which is not a company but the trading name of a sole trader)" - I know alot of people have also pointed this out, what does it actually mean?

I don't pretend to know the intricacies of this, it will need some research on your part. But there was a discussion about sole trader parking outfits started by the much missed bazster a few years ago (which included your boy Tezza) which might give you something to go on.

Also if you do a Google search on 'Terry Szmidt' you'll find quite a few references to his sole trader status, including some on PePiPoo, which might help you take this further still.

which PPC , the one that issued the tickets or the (different) one that is starting court action

they are completly different entities and one no longer exists as a member of the ATAs
Capital Car Park Control Ltd (Company number 12832321) were only incorporated on 24 August 2020. Less than 3 months ago.

I am still yet to have any letters from CCPC at my current address, dcbl found me here as they can use other methods and we all know CCPC haven't obtained my address (previous or current) from DVLA. I have told CCPC of my new address and to erase my previous address from their records. I am waiting for the SAR reply... I'm not quite sure what you mean with "they are completly different entities and one no longer exists as a member of the ATAs"

See this is where I'm completely confused again. My original post was regarding CCPC chasing my invoices. Yet, CCPC (this version) are only 3 months old. How can they take any action when the company I am allegedly in debt to no longer exist?
