PPC chasing old invoices

Hi all,
I had a number of invoices from a PPC when I lived at my old flat. We accepted renting the flat as we were promised residential parking but only by word of mouth from the tenancy agent, it wasn't in the written tenancy agreement. I have a previous post back in 2016/17 (I think) and I can link to it?
I had the landowner cancel the invoices as a gesture of good will, they did say they cannot cancel any future invoices.
I subsequently got a couple more as there was nowhere else to park.
I ignored all the threatening letters and eventually got a mortgage, moved and sold the car.
They have managed to track me down at my current address, 3 years later.
I have been getting Legal Recovery Action letters from a Debt Collection Company (that may or may not have a show on Channel 5), although the reverse of the letter clearly states that the case is not subject to high court or bayliff action.
I have emailed the landowner again and they have told me:
*PPC are no longer a Company that works on the Peninsula since 2019, The Managing Agent has also changed since 2019 and the current would have no authority over *PPC* as the contracts where with the previous company.

*PPC* contracts where all terminated with the Estate Management Company and *PPC* have been written to and informed to immediately cease and desist from contacting any residents about cancelled tickets.
Basically what I'm asking is, can the PPC chase old invoices when they no longer operate in the area where the "offence" took place?
Apologies for the long message and I look forward to replys!

They can chase them for 6 years , so yes is the usual answer , plus they have the same 6 years to issue a court claim using MCOL
Name the parking company , is it PPL ? Been a few recently
Read the second post of the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum , 4th one down , second post , about emailing a SAR to the DPO at the PPC , plus replying to DCBL3 -
The company are Capital Carpark Control.
I'll go back and read the FAQ, thanks Redx1 -
Is Legal Recovery Action the same as a Letter Before Claim?

You need to respond the DCBLegal (who are not the 'bailiff arm' on TV but they want you to think they are). See NEWBIES thread, get a SAR and also tell DCBLegal and the PPC which is your correct address for service.
YOU MUST DEMAND THAT THE OLD ADDRESS IS 'ERASED', URGENTLY. TWO ADDRESSES IN PLAY RISKS A CCJ AT THE OLD ADDRESS SO YOU MUST USE THE WORD 'ERASE'.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

'We have now recommended to our client the commencement of legal action ...'
So no, it is not a LBC, it's just a threatening letter.4 -

What are the chances it will go away if I ignore? And do I NEED to reply?
I don't particularly want to speak to either DBCL or the PPC as I've read alot about not having any contact with either.1 -
What are the chances it will go away if I ignore?None. And do I NEED to reply?Yes, I told you why, that's why I put it in capitals. You risk a CCJ at an old address if you fail to get them to erase it.
One email needed. This is not technical stuff.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
