I was composing a second email for both DBCL and CCPC with the following:

Indeed there's a Capital Car Park Control Ltd, (Company number 12832321), which was incorporated on 24th August 2020, but of course it cannot buy the "debts" from "Capital Car Park Control", which remains as a Sole trader.

I am ready to email CCPC with the 2 letters but I cannot find an email address for DBCL, just a contact form where they would call me back.

Does anybody know where I should email the erasure of old address letter to DBCL?

Edit: also, do I need to show ID to both to erase old address?

Indeed there's a Capital Car Park Control Ltd, (Company number 12832321), which was incorporated on 24th August 2020, but of course it cannot buy the "debts" from "Capital Car Park Control", which remains as a Sole trader.

My invoice were before 2020, does this make a difference? Of they can't buy debts for the previous company then the "debt" doesn't exist anymore, if the original company is no longer operating?

Well it could... But it would need to follow the correct procedure and serve notice.

The (potential) "debt" still exists but any court claim will have to be issued by the Sole Trader, not by the new company. (There is no original company; just a Sole Trader).

Which would breach the KADOE agreement.
