Soonest done, soonest got. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thanks, I have emailed their gdpr address.
I have emailed the MP for my old address to tell him they are still at it (his auto reply says he can only help current constituents so not sure what he can do now I have moved) - he did assist me in speaking to the landowners at the time - and I have also emailed my current local MP.
Hopefully, they can help.

Wow, that is some letter. There is more room taken up with logos than there is for the info they are trying to impart (in their own sweet non-grammatical way).3

Like a moron I forgot to add my reg number to the SAR. I don't know the PCN reference numbers, will this be a problem?
Edit: I know the 3 they are chasing atm but I've had upwards of 7 PCN from them overall. Would I be ok in just giving my reg and asking for all data to be shared with me?0 -

Point out to them that you are asking for details of all PCNs they have issued against that reg. no. and as you suspect that there are PCNs that you know nothing about, it is impossible to specify PCN numbers.
But in the spirit of reasonableness, here are the PCN numbers that I do know: xxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxx.

DVLA have told me that since 01/01/2015, only DartCharge (Dartford crossing) have requested my details. I wonder how CCPC got my address?1

Good question , so when you get copies of all the PCN,s , raise a complaint with the DVLA regarding this breach , providing that the driver did not appeal them due to a windscreen notice, attaching copies of every NTK
2014 is the farthest they can claim for , so maybe there are older ones ?
You may not have the PCN numbers , but your data request is about you. The data subject , so they should be able to correlate your data , especially if they passed details to DCBL4 -
Thanks for the reply Redx.
I made a mistake with my last post, it was since 2015 (not 16) and I only moved to the area in Nov 2015 - not getting a PCN until Dec 2015. I ignored the PCN, got the NTK and won a POPLA appeal. God knows where they sourced my address from if not the DVLA.
Let's see what the SAR says when it arrives!
