Yes, why not?  Data can't be passed around from one 'parking firm' to another new one.

Send them a 7 day reminder then submit a complaint to the ICO.
(You can of course also issue a court claim for damages under the DPA/GDPR).

Incredibly, I got it today via email. Obviously watching this thread.

They have given me 6 invoices in the SAR request pack.

They state they got my information from DVLA on the SAR, although DVLA told me nobody but DartCharge have requested the keepers details.

You've double checked dates to make sure the range you requested covered the pcn

I have only been contacted by DCBL in regards to 3 pcns at my current address, which also begs the question.. how did they get my current address if not from DVLA? This is all far too confusing for me lol *sigh

Wright Hassall are solicitors used by PPCs, as are QED (I think, or maybe they're a DCA).

The point of posting was to prove CCPC say they sourced the keepers details from DVLA.

DVLA told the keeper that only DartCharge requested the drivers details, not CCPC.

And as asked above ... have you confirmed that the PCN dates fall within the range of dates you requested the DVLA to confirm who accessed your details? If the DVLA was asked to look at a different range of dates then it would be entirely possible that only DartCharge would show up.

Don't assume or guess ... Check!
