PPC chasing old invoices

I still don't see where they are stating other sources though!
PLUS
You don't even cal, out this contradiction
Simplify.Concise
Younhave stated on your SAR contradictory information
- that you obtained my personal data from the dvla ( ref page - whatever way you can to show this)AND
- that you obtained my personal data from other sources
then you can state that the dvla have stated that they did not obtain your data
You also haven't found out how they actually got your name and addresss. It either came from the dvla, or it came from a driver responding to an appeal. No other way.3 -
i,m guessing letters will suddenly dry up
have you started complaints to bpa yet about assignment and DCBL lack of diligence , gosh how can you chase up invoices 3 yrs old when the company hiring you has only existed for 3 mths4 -
No I haven't started any complaints yet, I want to see where I get with the SAR information first.1
-
but they have had a chance to send a legal required sar , there are either ommissions to it or it is false4
-
Fueboy - why haven't you worked out how they got your details?
not from the dvla, so where?3 -
Could the MA have passed them on to the PPC? If so, is that not a data breach? You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1

now why did I not think of thatD_P_Dance said:Could the MA have passed them on to the PPC? If so, is that not a data breach?
"10 December at 7:00PMwannadancewithsomebodyok , if we accept that they are telling lies regarding DVLA , (why were the dvla responses not shown in the sar?)is it possible that right at the beginning of this saga you got a ticket on your car and kicked off with management company , who (you say) cancelled ticket(s) upto that point , and unwittingly gave the one man band your full details inc shoe size , from there they did not need to pay DVLA £2.50 a go1 -
When the driver first got the on screen pcns, they were ignored and filed away. I got the NTKs before I went to the management company. Therefore I'm still none the wiser on how they got my address.

We shall see , if they reply to my latest email. They literally say on the same page Source: other, then further down Source: DVLA.1 -
