I didn't sign up to this forum to have arguements or point prove, I came for advice.
I have given as much info as I can and it may be a bit scrambled but I'm trying my best.
Fact of the matter is:
They didn't get my details from me, the landowner or the DVLA.
The company/sole trader I "owe" a debt to no longer exists and a new company with the same name (established August 2020) has the debt now.
They didn't supply DVLA correspondence in the SAR and contradict themselves on the SAR saying they sourced the keepers information from other sources then further down it was sourced from DVLA.
They sent NTK well over the 56 days on a couple of tickets.0 -
its "magic"
when you get a proper court claim listing the person (or company) that has raised the claim , then you may be able to move foward ,
as it is at the moment "I" feel that i am being drip fed , and a lot of info has been with held
sat here waiting for your next cracker , picture of car with taxi sign saying "fueboy taxis 22 smith st "
best of luck3 -
Then how did they get your data?
unless your vehicle has your address on it, or it's leased, then realistically you would be the source

Have you dropped the, in it with the dvla yet?
they're required to use the dvla.1 -

Not yet, I've asked them to give me the correspondences with DVLA as that falls under the SAR.0 -
HO87 gave some excellent advice to the OP several yrs ago (1st april 2017), he has not confirmed that he has acted on it ,, or not2

Thanks for alerting me to that post wannadancewithsomebody, I must have forgotten about it when I moved.
I'll give CCPC a week to respond to my enquiries and then I'll follow the advice from HO87 and press on with my enquiries to DVLA. Would be great if CCPC reply with no evidence they sourced my details from DVLA and then I'd include that in my email to DVLA.0 -
Screw that, what's the point in waiting.
I've emailed DVLA again for clarification.VRN: XXXXXXXThank you for the SAR, of which I have received.I was hoping for some further information, I have received a number of PCN's from a private parking company (Capital Car Park Control) and they have stated in their SAR that they sourced my details from DVLA, dating back to 2016.The SAR I have received from DVLA shows that only one Company, DartCharge, requested the details between the dates of 01/01/2015 and 11/07/2017.May I please ask you to re-check your records and disclose details of all registered keeper requests made by ANY company from 01/01/2015 to date please? Also, could you please give details whether the applications were made electronically or manually (using form V888/3).If manually, please include copies of the forms used (redacted of the signatures) so that I can identify the reasons the applications were made for.The car was under my keepership at the following address:XXXXXXXXX1 -
but why are you asking CCPC LTD , they are a new company only recently founded , why should the LTD company have any data about you from 2016-7fueboy said:Thanks for alerting me to that post wannadancewithsomebody, I must have forgotten about it when I moved.

the person that holds the data is M Smitt , a sole trader who is no longer a member of the BPA ,
the fact that your data has been banded about and handed to a debt collerction company , is at this moment more important than a couple of trivial non POFa2012 tickets iss ued by a now no longer ATAed person1 -
I understand what you are saying, just making sure I'm covered and not on my way to court anytime soon. Trying to get them cancelled first, then I will go for Mr Szmidt and his new company.0
