Replenished my egg supply, can`t recall last time I ran out of eggs, got some veggies and creme freche to take on my jaunt to Cardiff, and taking my rolls.
Think salmon tonight, and steak tomorrow, no mention of Sunday lunch in any of the phone calls this week.
Do I need it or just want it.

@Edgeoftheburn I have a ‘doohicky’ that you put some beer into (or anything you fancy, it’s just used to generate steam) them pop the chicken into it an pop into a hot bbq for 40 minutes or so - very juicy and delicious 😍

  • That is a very impressive doohickey, I now feel like a challenge is on to fashion one out of something. The chicken looks amazing.

BBQing was done in a slight drizzle this evening, it is summer we will celebrate no matter the weather 😃

edge i think you can just  pour the beer into a roasting tray then shove the beer can up the chickens bum, but best check that in case all cans arent heat proof
