Had the pork tenderloin yesterday with the celeriac I forgot onMonday, made some cauli hash browns, re @shykins post, as I had a tired looking cauli, not bad, think I may have overdone the garlic, but quite tasty.
Taking my friend dentist today so will pick up some salad leaves while near shops, and have some roast beef slices in the freezer.
Do I need it or just want it.
  • Made Beer but chicken, was delicious. Had it with homemade coleslaw and olives, artichoke and cucumber.

Rookie mistake was thinking beer would have all evaporated and ended up sloshing it everywhere trying to remove the chicken from the DIY device. Will definitely do it again sometime.

    Hope all is ok Islandsmaid!

How did you make your hash browns Pamsdish?

@Edgeoftheburn bless ya, was nothing major just one of OH’s clients being a minor pain in the bum, got too late for me to eat, so didn’t 😊

glad you enjoyed the chicken 👍

I am collecting our grandson around 5 today to stay with us for a few days, so dinner is yet to be decided, depending on a 2 year old’s temperament when I get him home 😉

  • Thanks Pamsdish I have added them to next week's plan, do you think you could switch out the coconut flour for almond?

Had chaffles with smoked salmon, cream cheese and cucumber. Was a scorching day so didn't feel like doing much food prep, kids had the same which was great much prefer having a meal we all eat. Hoping the weather holds to the weekend!
