Jacob’s Ladder tonight, or beef short ribs by its other name. Prep over 3 days but SO worth it - final product is from a previous cook as there’s thunder and lightning and it’s tipping down now, I’ll still bbq though 😉Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

Wow much deliciousness shared since my last visit, all looks amazing!
Survived weekend away with minimal damage done, did have fish and chips on the harbour but that was planned in my mind ahead of time. Managed to not eat cake, ice cream and crisps etc when the others did. Pretty happy with that.

Had lamb shoulder with a portion of celeriac colcannon from the freezer and my first harvest of green beans.
Looking at my freezer list I will be having cabbage and thick cut bacon rashers today,
Do I need it or just want it.1 -
Wow laddies! You are all such good cooks! Wonderful meals I have seen! Loving the low-carb life, let’s keep it up!How are we all doing for exercise? I have been very consistent on treadmill exercises and am not regretting the purchase. Bought it end of June after being let down by a cross trainer which is not working(have had it for years). Have bought some spares (for the cross trainer) which are yet to be delivered. Hope I can then have the cross trainer repaired, just glad I can get some exercise done as had not been keeping up for some years now. I am the sort of person who will not go for a walk if it’s raining, snowing, too hot etc any excuse I guess. My body was falling apart but it’s all shaping up now.
