  • Seed crackers are great hit the spot!

Have just tried a Seriously Low Carb roll with a burger, it was super filling and a fairly decent substitute for a real roll. High protein and only 2.7g carb per roll. Bacon and egg roll in Saturday mornings plan 😄.

Hi everyone, how are you all, I seem to be hovering weight wise, does anyone else do that, I am 12 st 7 lb, this morning, slid a lb off yesterday which has returned today, once I get to 12st 5lb, the next 4/5 lbs slip away easily, then I hover for a few weeks around the stone mark, I just seem to stick at those crucial points.
Made some cheese wraps yesterday for my train journey Friday to the kestival, will fill with chicken and salad, I also need to get some fluids to drink, 3 changes, to Stourbridge junction where I will meet my sister for the last leg by road to Northampton, will try to upload a few photos on my return.
Do I need it or just want it.

i only ever weighed once a week as everyone fluctuates so  much.  i do find our bodies get used to our WOE and sticks for a while, maybe do something to change things for a week or so to kick start

enjoy your kestival, will be interesting to hear how it goes

I once read, and it may be complete rubbish, but I like to believe it to get through the sticking points, that you as loose/burn the fat the cells fill up with water and hold the water until your body is ready to release it. You then have a woosh of loss and on it goes. It seemed to happen like that when I ditched the weight a few years back. Still waiting for the woosh this time 🤣.

    Enjoy the kestival Pamsdish!

Hope you are better now Candygirl
