  • Thanks both! I went back through the thread and found the almond/linseed microwave bread, once I poke the other rolls down (hate waste, 3 left) will try that.

Dinner tonight harissa lamb meatballs with feta and salad.

I use the recipes from the Fast 800 and they seem to work well. A friend lines her muffin tins with bacon first which is a nice idea if you're not calorie counting (and can get it thinly sliced)

I don't think I have that book @greenbee but I have so many, I might do.

Instead of bacon, we use prosciutto (Parma ham) for cooking, which is thin and crisps up well. If you use the packs with the gold crown of authenticity  on them, no additives, just pork legs and salt. Cheapest places for prosciutto are usually Lidl and ASDA.

Totally lazy supper tonight. Swedish meatballs made in Sweden, from Iceland Foods 4.50 for 900g bag, which does two meals for adults. 9g carbs per 100g because they contain potato, but gluten free and no nasties. Öresundschark AB Swedish Meatballs 900g | Pork & Gammon | Iceland Foods With the meatballs, Slimming World tikka masala sauce. Gluten free, no nasties, 5.4g carbs per 100g Slimming World Tikka Masala Sauce 350g | Sauces | Iceland Foods 350g tub of frozen sauce 1.50 and konjac rice from Holland & Barrett organic gluten free less than 0.1g carbs per 100g 149 for 270g and lower price if you subscribe. Holland & Barrett Organic Konjac Rice | Holland & Barrett

Supper tonight will be Hoad's gluten free sausages, made in Kent Korkers | Gluten Free Sausages (korker-sausages.co.uk) 8.9g carbs per 100g and 21g fat per 100g. They'll be served with organic runner beans and organic mashed potato squash (bake then fold butter into flesh) and Slimming World Roasted Onion Gravy 350g | Vegetarian | Iceland Foods 1.50 and 5.5g carbs per 100g.
